Emergency Veterinary Care Centers Introduce
As pet owners in Indiana, we understand that our furry family members are a source of immeasurable joy and companionship. But with that joy comes the responsibility of ensuring they are happy and, most importantly, healthy. While we hope for a life free of health scares, we know that emergencies can happen at any time, often outside of regular business hours. When your pet is in distress, every second counts, and you need a reliable, professional, and compassionate team ready to act. This is where a dedicated facility like Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) becomes an invaluable resource for the Indiana community.
Emergency Veterinary Care Centers specializes in providing immediate, high-quality care for cats and dogs when they need it most. Unlike a regular veterinary clinic with set hours, this center is built specifically for urgent and emergency situations. They are available 24/7, providing a critical safety net for pet owners throughout Indiana. Their team of skilled veterinarians and staff are trained to handle a wide range of critical conditions, from sudden injuries and acute illnesses to life-threatening emergencies. The peace of mind that comes from knowing there is a reliable place to go in the middle of the night or on a holiday is priceless for any pet owner.
What sets EVCC apart is their comprehensive approach to emergency medicine. They are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technology to quickly assess and stabilize pets in crisis. This includes in-house diagnostics, which means they can get blood work and other test results rapidly, allowing for faster and more accurate diagnoses. From the moment you arrive, their team initiates a triage exam to determine the severity of your pet's condition and prioritize their care. This swift, organized process ensures that even in a high-stress situation, your pet receives the most effective treatment plan possible. For the residents of Indiana, having this level of dedicated emergency care available is a vital component of responsible pet ownership.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1To say this group of incredible and kind individuals truly cares about you and your pets would be a vast understatement! I brought my mom and her very old King Louie in for trouble breathing, lack of eating, and other concerns, and they immediately took him back, took his vitals, and placed him in an oxygen cage to help him breathe better. After an additional exam, Dr. Fidash came in and gently shared that there was fluid in his belly and chest, both of which were causing the issues. After much discussion weighing our options and what could be next steps, my mom decided it was best to put an end to his suffering given his condition and the likelihood that it wouldn't improve. You can imagine the extreme pain & sadness this had on her, and the guilt that overwhelmed her, especially given she had rescued him as a kitten and he was her emotional support animal. Dr. Fidash, nurse Nicole, and the rest of the team were so kind, sympathetic, empathetic, and especially patient with my mom, providing her the reassurance she needed that this was the best decision for Louie to help her through it. Not only that, they let us come back and say our goodbyes, allowed mom to decide to stay and hold him while he passed or choose to leave, and then once he did pass, they provided her with his paw print before we left. I honestly can't say enough about them. Marie (the wonderful receptionist with the purple hair, sorry if I got your name wrong) called the next day to check on us (particularly my mom) and see how she was doing. She also verified her address and the entire team followed up with a sweet card and white rose bush in memory of Louie. Please, if you have a pet, bring them here for care! I couldn't imagine a better place to receive the care, love, and attention the animals (and you) need. I even witnessed them caring for a very large dog while we were in the back, sitting on the floor with him while they were trying to do what they were doing and loved the kisses they got from him too. Thank you all of you for being mom's & King Louie's angels in disguise, and in a way, mine too. Thank you🙏💝🕊😺
July 17 · JodyEVCC was amazing and took quick action to determine what was wrong with our dog. They acted fast and explained what was happening. Without their knowledge we would have lost our beloved dog. Thank you for saving his life!
March 22 · Alyssa TaylorOur experience here was the best we could’ve hoped for…considering the circumstances. We came in on a Saturday evening. Our kitty, Scarlett, was very very ill and ultimately we decided we had to let her go. Days later we feel we made the best decision for her. EVERYONE here is OUTSTANDING at their jobs. I’m eternally grateful to them all. They helped us make the most informed and humane decision for our beloved little girl. Thank you all ❤️
March 05 · The Happy HareSuperior customer service - from the front desk receptionist to the vet tech and physician. We felt at ease as soon as we walked in. They helped us immediately and we received exceptional care. Brittany was amazing with Lexi as was Dr. Mink explaining what would happen during surgery. We felt well-informed and we highly recommend EVCC for emergencies! We can't thank them enough.
May 19 · Ann KMy puppy, that swallowed a sock, was taken care of very well. I love that the team attempted the least invasive and most cost effective procedure first. When that didn't work, we moved on to the next and only option which was surgery. Each time I called to check in on her, I was provided with details and clear explanations. From the receptionist, vet techs, nurses, surgeons and vets, I can't say how blessed we are that our baby girl was in your hands. I have already highly recommended you to others. This facility is clean, welcoming, and calming. Thank you so much! I hope to not have to be back, BUT in a heart beat I would if a situation arises. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I am in tears as to how happy I was with the results of my puppy's surgery. The level of care provided to her in addition to the detail explanations to me as a pet parent, was outstanding. The knowledge of all staff members was incredible!
