★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place has been amazing. Our senior dog broke her leg Wednesday morning, they had a quote for surgery the same day, and booked her for surgery on Thursday. The staff is beyond amazing. It was like visiting a top hospital for people. Every member of the team explained the procedure from front to back. Every question was answered in detail. I was sent home with details of the surgery, medication and how to use it, and what to expect in the recovery process.Dr. Timothy James was the surgeon. He was passionate, confident, and reassuring. After surgery, he went over the before and after X-rays and even followed up via email the next day. I cannot thank him and VOC enough for their effort and expertise.Highly recommended.
July 19 · Amy SlatteryMy bubs Charlie broke his leg and I was referred immediately here, thankfully, from EVCC. Everyone was very lovely in the front. I called so many times for various questions and they patiently answered every time. All the technicians and so in the back were also amazing and extremely helpful. Dr. Katz and Dr. James are discernibly caring and passionate about their professions. They both took him in with appreciable care along with the team.
May 09 · linda anguianoAbsolutely the best of the best!! From the customer service, to the one on one with the surgeon. Then, from the call to help with questions and the advice on how to take care of situation we weren’t sure about, not one person made me feel like I was asking a silly question or being over concerned. The love every single person showed our pup was heartwarming. I highly, highly recommend using VOC
July 12 · Tracy MatheyWe brought our 3 month old puppy here. All of the staff were so friendly and greeted us and our puppy with so much love! They made everything easy and took the stress out of post op recovery. The flow up visits were worth the 45 minute drive and again, everyone was so nice!
July 25 · KaLyn MarkleyThe office staff and vet techs were all so kind and helpful during such a nerve wracking time for us! Dr. Paula West has such a gentle demeanor and was very informative with our options before we decided to move forward with surgery. She completely left the decision up to us and was not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable and was patient with us and our questions and took GREAT care of our pup for her TPLO surgery! When we had questions during our dog’s recovery, she was very responsive and always encouraged reaching out with questions. We just had our 8-week post op check up and she cleared our dog to start resuming normal activity. Hopefully we don’t need any more surgeries for our pup, but if we do, we will 100% come back to VOC in Highland! Well-worth the hour and 15 minute drive knowing your dog is in such great care with a doctor that we trust!
