Erika Halle, DVM Introduce
For pet owners in Oregon, our commitment to our animals' well-being extends beyond traditional veterinary medicine. We often seek a more comprehensive approach, especially for pets dealing with chronic conditions, pain, or the challenges of old age. In Monmouth and the greater Willamette Valley area, Erika Halle, DVM, provides a unique and invaluable service as a mobile holistic and integrative veterinarian. Her practice is built on a philosophy that combines conventional veterinary medicine with alternative and complementary therapies, offering a truly individualized approach to pet health. As one client gratefully noted, "We’re so thankful to have found Erika who helped bring back quality of life to this sweet old girl." Another reviewer praises her for being "knowledgeable and caring" and treating each of her "furry patients as individuals." This personal, hands-on, and empathetic approach sets Dr. Halle apart, as she believes that you, the pet parent, are the most important member of the healthcare team. She is dedicated to finding solutions that not only work for your pet's issues but also fit seamlessly into your life.
Dr. Halle’s practice is a mobile one, which is a significant advantage for many Oregon families. Instead of a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic, she brings her expertise directly to your home or farm. This is particularly beneficial for nervous, anxious, or mobility-compromised animals who find travel stressful. It also allows her to observe your pet in their natural environment, providing a more complete picture of their health and behavioral patterns. Her ability to serve a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, and horses, is another key component of her practice, making her a versatile and essential resource for the community. The integrative nature of her work means she is not limited to a single treatment modality. Instead, she draws from a diverse toolkit of healing techniques to create a personalized treatment plan for each animal. This creative and flexible approach is especially effective for managing chronic health problems and is a testament to her extensive training in both conventional veterinary medicine and specialized holistic practices. Dr. Halle’s practice is a partnership between her and her clients, working together to achieve the best possible quality of life for every animal she treats.
As a mobile veterinary practice, Erika Halle, DVM's location is her client's location. However, her home base is listed at 1856 Blackwood Dr E in Monmouth, OR 97361, USA. While she does not have a public-facing physical clinic for walk-in visits, her mobile service is designed for maximum convenience and minimal stress for your pet. The service is highly personalized, and her commitment to being present with her patients and their people is a core part of her philosophy. Her approach allows for a thorough assessment of your pet's issues and the development of a well-thought-out treatment plan. While the provided information mentions a wheelchair-accessible car park and toilet, it's important to note that these apply to her home base and the primary service is house calls, which by nature are fully accessible to the client's location.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my 14 year old dachshund to see Erika after dealing with arthritis flare ups. Our traditional vet had her on narcotics, muscle relaxers and steroid injections (that she hated) and she kept having these flare ups. Erika did a chiropractic adjustment on our first visit and put her on herbs and supplements, which she enjoys eating and she has not had a single flare up in the last 3 years. Now at 17, you can tell she is getting old but she still has bursts of puppy energy where she does her slow motion zoomies. We’re so thankful to have found Erika who helped bring back quality of life to this sweet old girl.
March 22 · Krysty BrooksWe have been using Dr. Erika for several years now. First, for our elderly cat to help make her "golden years" as nice as possible and now for our two shelter adopted cats, Juno and Hathor. She treats each of her furry patients as individuals and has such a way with animals. She's so knowledgeable and caring. I've recommended her to other friends and family.
May 14 · Sherry HolubDr. Erika has kept our old cat Pumpkin going for the last 2 years since he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She has kept him comfortable with acupuncture, and prescribed holistic supplements that have really perked up his appetite. I am sure that without Dr. Erika's TLC Pumpkin wouldn't be with us today.
March 20 · D. MurrayMy 10yr old dog has been with Dr Erika Halle for a few years now. He absolutely loves her. He is not always the easiest dog to work with. Especially when he needs his nails cut. His immune system is compromised and needs extra attention. He also deals with pain from polyarthritis and a partially torn ACL he acquired when he was 3yrs old. She has been wonderful with him and she's always willing to anwser questions. With Dr Erika's guidance and acupuncture appointments, he does have a wonderful quality of life. She's worth checking out.
February 23 · Jacob TaylorWe are so glad we found such a knowledgable and skilled practitioner for our pets! Dr. Erika has worked wonders with our Newfie's knees and health issues. He loves acupuncture and the gentle chiropractic treatments. I appreciate her holistic approach and taking our concerns and the animals needs into consideration! She was wonderful with our anxiety suffering Great Dane as well. Getting his shots and check up was a breeze. I highly recommend and trust our pet's care to our new Veterinarian!
