For years I took my cat to this vet clinic, I gave lots of patience to them with little staffing and underfunded tools. However, we’ve decided to part ways for purely the fact of very little professionalism and education. (To add; appointments were always pushed 30-45 minutes with no communication or rescheduled with short notice) For many years I was told it was fine to bring my fur baby without crating because he’s very temperamental when put in one (almost traumatized) many of the vets understood and would accommodate when needed. The last visit we had was for a simple nail clip and I was called a “bad pet owner” by one of the vets for not bringing him in said crate. See, I can understand educating patients in order to keep animals safe in all scenarios but this lady was just STRAIGHT UP RUDE … needed people skills badly. I also find it pretty hypocritical she stated her opinion on my pet ownership when the office has a free roaming cat that tries to escape their front door… right onto skyline….Ultimately made the decision to find a better clinic and that’s exactly what was done. I appreciate the vets I have now very much while they care for my animals and me as a client! This place needs more education and experience with clients!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.
