Hate to have to give a bad review to a vet clinic. I attempted to switch to this clinic because multiple social media and reviews stated that it was affordable. Brought my cat in due to concern for potential thyroid issue. Ended up going down a rabbit hole for a positive urine analysis, ended up spending almost $650 on the work up in total. all amounted to nothing. My cat had no symptoms of urinary issues. He however, did have symptoms of potential thyroid problems. Had a discussion with Dr. Foreman, and did express my concerns about unnecessary testing, and also the amount of money that I have spent, and the fact that she was implying that I should bring my cat again in a month to do the thyroid testing that I had initially asked for. She got defensive about her treatment and then told me that I should find another vet. I find it mind-boggling that this would be the reaction of a doctor when someone potentially questions their thought process. Coincidentally, I am also a healthcare provider and if a patient especially someone knowledgeable, who is in healthcare themselves, questioned my testing and thought process, I don’t just tell them to go find another doctor and then send discharge paperwork. This clinic advertises themselves as being affordable, but doesn’t seem to be because they send all of their testing outside their premises which then hikes up the price $100 more than what it would be if they just tested in house. And that’s OK, just don’t advertise yourself as being “affordable and cheap” when you really aren’t. I also took my other cat and they failed to do an orthopedic exam on her and in the note, wrongly stated that she was too nervous to do it. When really, she just didn’t do it. No other vet has ever complained about my cat not cooperating. It seems like other reviews are also stating the almost fraudulent documentation that they send and I would agree. I don’t know how the other vets are in this clinic because I only saw Dr. Foreman and she seems to have an ego and low threshold to want to tell people to go elsewhere. Would stay away from Dr. foreman, it seems like the other vets may be better, my bad luck that I got put with the wrong one. - Vidya Sundaram
