Their mission is to be a partner in your pet’s journey, helping to ensure they lead a healthy and happy life.
Glenpark Animal Hospital offers a wide array of services designed to address the entire spectrum of a pet's health needs, from a young age through their senior years. The hospital’s approach is centered on preventative medicine, believing that proactive care is the best way to avoid serious health issues down the road. They are equipped to handle a variety of medical conditions, and their diagnostic capabilities allow for thorough and accurate assessments. The team also focuses on client education, empowering pet owners to make informed decisions about their animal's care. They offer telemedicine appointments and consultations, which provide a convenient way for clients to discuss their pet's health with a veterinarian from the comfort of their home.
The provided reviews for Glenpark Animal Hospital show a clear contrast in client experiences, highlighting the deep emotional connection pet owners have with their animals and the high stakes involved in veterinary care. One client praised the practice, stating that the staff "understood the importance of compassion towards me also" and treated their adopted dog, Reed, with "compassion and care." This positive review reflects a common sentiment among satisfied clients, emphasizing the value of a kind, empathetic team during what can be a stressful time. It points to a staff that not only focuses on the medical needs of the animal but also provides emotional support to the owner, a crucial element of a positive veterinary experience.
However, another review detailed a tragic and deeply distressing experience with the hospital, expressing severe disappointment and a feeling of being misled. The client described their cat's death after a surgery they were told would help him progress and a subsequent dispute over the payment for the procedure. This review highlights the complexities of veterinary medicine and the potential for outcomes that can be devastating for pet owners. It serves as a reminder that every medical case is unique, and while professionals strive for the best outcomes, sometimes a tragic result can occur. This feedback underscores the importance of clear communication and transparency between a veterinary team and a pet owner, particularly when a pet's life is on the line. Navigating these situations requires immense compassion, and this review indicates that in at least one instance, a client felt this was lacking, leading to a profound sense of grief and frustration.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1LONG BUT PLEASE READ. originally my review was for five stars, but I had to come back and fix it. A little over a year ago, I brought my sick cat in to be seen, they didn’t find anything wrong. They gave him a pill to help him drink water and eat and for the next couple of days he was OK and then he got seriously sick again so I brought him back in and the vets were able to all of a sudden see that he had fatty liver and was in very serious condition , They offered me to do surgery for him, and I said anything to help and save my boy. I was told by the vet that he wasn’t on his deathbed and that this surgery would really help him progress so I said yes. They were nice and allowed me to do a payment plan because I unfortunately didn’t have the $1200 at that time. fast forward they do the surgery and then my cat dies two days later alone and at the vets office. Not only that, but I still had to pay off my balance for a surgery that absolutely didn’t work and honestly potentially could be the reason he was died, that i will never ever know. And if you thought that was the worst of it, it’s not I let them know that I was having a little bit of financial trouble and then I will make my payments as I can, And do you wanna know what they did they sent my bill to collections. The staff here is seriously uneducated and rude. I will never ever forget the day I walked in to my deceased cat laying on their table. I went back-and-forth in my head about if this was your doing and i just don’t know. He wasn’t on deaths door and then you do a surgery and he’s gone. you guys make more than enough money to where you did not have to send my bill to collections honestly to where you did not have to make me pay my bill after you ended my cats life. I don’t recommend anybody to come to this vet because they do not care about animals. They care about money and that is it. They are not compassionate. If I could give zero stars, I would. EDIT since they replied with lies, I wanted to let you guys know that I was never ever ever recommended to a specialist. That word specialist was never even thrown around when we were talking. Secondly, there was never an original diagnosis when I first brought my cat up there, they fell around his body and told me that he seemed fine. They never recommended anything any type of tests until the second time and When they did recommend any tests, I immediately said yes. I do not understand the lies on the reply to try and make it seem like it’s my fault or that I waited too long to get my cat help. The second he showed symptoms I brought him to you sent him back home because he was fine. You guys are sick and should be shut down. I cannot believe your condescending nasty reply.. and another thing you lied about you never reached out to anybody about the payment plans. I reached out to you to let you know I was having financial trouble, and I will be making my payments immediately. I never got a response from you guys ever again just that my bill is not in collections

March 13 · John CatronWe love Glenpark Animal Hospital! They always give us the best service! Thank you for taking such good care of Miss P!
August 16 · Marissa EvansGlenpark isn't our regular vets office, but they were so kind and willing to see our 8 month old pup Zeke asap. We were concerned regarding his sterilization surgery, and Dr. Graham was more than happy to look our boy over and answer any and all questions. Forever grateful for Glenpark!
August 06 · JasonChristina KarelThank you, doctor, and the entire team for treating Shuga like one of your own! The professionalism and compassion shown by this office are truly remarkable. After my puppy’s surgery, the doctor personally called to give me an update, which meant so much. It’s rare to find an office that provides such personalized care, but this team goes above and beyond!
