★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very first visit, it is an emergency visit for a 6 yr old kitty cat I adopted a week ago. This kitty is such a gentle soul. Dr. Wyatt took him in immediately, to work him in between other clients. The care and concern she has shown for this kitty is overwhelming. My kitties found their doctor.
March 20 · melinda BennettThe entire staff is absolutely amazing. I have a sometimes challenging dog and they go above and beyond. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the entire staff. Doctor Wyatt is absolutely phenomenal. Logan was so kind. So grateful to have such an amazing office to care for our furry family member. Highly recommend.
July 15 · Haley DrakeJust got a cat in January. Great place for initial shots and getting my male cat fixed. They treat your pet like they are the best pet they have seen. Compared to other vets on Saginaw near the mall, prices are very reasonable.
April 24 · Colonial TinkerDr. Bob was fantastic! Took great care of our cat and we left with very positive feelings about the service and care we received.
August 22 · DeAnna ClarkEveryone boasts about this place, but I am NOT impressed. You can NEVER get your dog in same day, or within a week, even if it’s a dyer situation. I called last week looking to get him in. He has a cough, drainage, is lethargic, and not his usual happy self. They told me it would be END OF THE MONTH before they could see him. They said we could give him time to see if he got better on his own. (Terrible advice) if he got worse, they said we could call when they open and they can get him in. They will offer you their “sister site” in Dewitt, but if I wanted to have a vet in Dewitt, I’d have picked one in dewitt. We live in grand ledge and Dewitt is a hike and we’re looking to establish a vet in town. Well, we took their advice and gave him time to see if he’d get better on his own. Now, a week later, our dog is VERY sick. I called at 6am (they will tell you that they have emergency appts set aside for day of but they’re full of crap) and shocker, they don’t have anything, but they can see him tomorrow...? My dog is having trouble breathing. Called Banfield and he’s getting right away. Switching to Banfield. This place needs to be realistic about the volume of patients they have and stop accepting new ones, since they can’t take care of the ones they have. It’s just not right to call yourself an animal hospital when you can’t even take a very sick puppy in same day. Good riddance!
