August 18 · Maria BerubeVery kind and professional service. My cat was car sick upon arrival to our appointment. They helped clean him up and were thorough with his annual exam. Not outrageously expensive. 10/10

March 30 · Deborah MayOur dog is a frequent visitor and we always feel welcome, heard, and like everyone at GNGAH is prepared for us. We also appreciate the pragmatic approach our vets offer, and feel neither dismissed nor pressured to pursue excessive care. We are lucky to have a dog who isn't fearful at the vet, but it's still impressive how much he loves it there. It is obvious he feels safe (and knows where the treats are).
April 10 · Jeanee DudleyNice vet, I like them and the facility, but soooo expensive. Estimated $1500-$1900 for teeth cleaning and some lumps removed. Then day of they said it was gonna be between $2200-$2800+. Too late to turn back at that point because one of my dogs cysts burst and needed attention and removal asap. And it made sense to do everything under anesthesia all at once rather than paying for it twice, but I wasn’t financial prepared for that huge, unexplained increase after preparing for that first quote. And they don’t have payment plans. This is our local vet and so we use them for our dog to support local business, but I feel like this is a vets office for rich people.
