★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had to take my cat in for possible true lily toxicity. They got me in right away and got all his bloodwork, urine, fluids, and meds done as soon as they were able. I saw Laura(I believe, blonde and tattooed, Vet) and she was amazing, kind, and compassionate. She made me feel very comfortable from going in there in distress. She eased our minds and made an aftercare plan. They didn’t guilt me into any treatments I couldn’t afford and they were able to give me resources for a primary vet to continue care for my cat. The office staff and techs were also fantastic, kind, and clearly adored animals. They made my cat feel very comfortable and gave him tons of pets and sweet talk to help comfort his nerves. Great place if you have an animal emergency. And I hope I don’t again but thankful for their local office and speedy care. Thank you Grayson County Animal Emergency Clinic.
July 27 · Saija YugenOur puppy got parvo and was going downhill fast but this place saved her life. Within just a few days she’s back home and getting back to her usual sweet playful self. We’ve only had her a few weeks but she’s already a big part of our family. It would have been a real loss if she wouldn’t have made it. So thank you to everyone who worked on her ❤️
May 15 · Samantha DorseyThey did an incredible job saving our dog after a freak accident on a Sunday. Yes you pay for it, but she would have died had we not gotten there in time! Thank you a million times over! Very professional and compassionate.
August 11 · Kelly KinserFor it being an ER, the wait times were very reasonable. We were triaged and speaking to a DVM within an hour. (And that’s not from winning the triage lottery. I promise- not a soul wants to win that game). They were so kind to work within our budget and not stress my jerk of a cat out. Then, when he was still sick, they were very up front about the fact that sending him onto a 24/7 facility might be best.I truly cannot express how much I appreciate all you guys did. And the prices! Very reasonable for an ER setting.
July 29 · Brianna BivinsMy poor little Labrador mix, Coach, was vomiting profusely all day.No vets could take him, as we had just adopted him and he wasn't established anywhere.I had to wait for this place to open and was distraught, to say the least. The vet tech was very kind and compassionate. She calmly and clearly explained the tests they recommended. He was given an anti-nausea injection as well as subcutaneous fluids to make sure he was hydrated. They set the expectation for after care and what to do if he continued to be sick. They also didn't make me feel guilty about my budget, and worked with me on making decisions pertinent to Coach's health. The veterinarian helped me to gauge how old he is, and my guesstimate was fairly accurate. Somewhere between 3 to 5 years old.I'm proud to say their treatment was effective and he is doing very good!Thank you Grayson County Animal Emergency!
