Jun 13, 2025 · Molly KesmodelSo thankful for Dr. Feiler and Liv and the whole staff at Haw Creek Animal Hospital. Their quick action and expert care saved our sweet Thor’s life last week!! Our beloved Great Pyrenees suffered a heat stroke last week and was minutes from death. He is healthy and well now thanks to their tender loving care!!!
May 02, 2025 · Wendi WellsThis was our first visit here since we just moved to the Haw Creek area. Our dog Luna had a few seizures last year, and then had one while my husband and I were out of the country at the end of April, which is why we made this appointment. I had our dog sitter bring Luna to her appointment since we were away and could not. The girl I spoke with initially to make the appointment was super friendly and helpful (I didn’t get her name), and Dr. Cain was extremely nice and caring too. My problem was who I assume to be a tech (?), Brittany. I was on the phone speaking with Brittany and answering questions that our dog sitter did not know the answer to. During the entire phone call, Brittany was extremely rude to me and dismissive. This was a really upsetting time for us since we were out of the country and not able to comfort our dog, so I expected a little more from her. I even verified with our dog sitter to make sure I didn’t just misunderstand the conversation, but she also agreed that Brittany was incredibly rude not only to me, but to her too. For now we will still use this vet as we really like Dr. Cain and feel she is knowledgable and cares about Luna’s care, plus the close proximity to our house, but unfortunately if we have a bad encounter again with an employee here I’ll decide to look elsewhere for vet care.
May 08, 2025 · Caitlin PurkeyI've been a client of Haw Creek Animal Hospital for many years and have always been very satisfied with the care of my furry loved ones! Most recently my cat Lil'Bill was loved on by Brittany and Dr Linderman who gave great advice on his senior care. The whole team at HCAH has always given professional treatment with compassion and comfort. They really care! 100% satisfied!
Jun 16, 2025 · Tamara Seals Chamberswe were on the verge of putting our precious 14 year old baby down until we call haw creek and the vet on call said to bring her in for a checkup before making any decisions right now and I'm so glad we did because we still have her with us and she is doing so much better thanks to the wonderful vet on call that day. We are so grateful to her and wont to thank her for everything she did for our dog.
