Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group - Park Slope Reviews
Every Heart of Chelsea location is lovely, clean, and pleasant, with the MOST caring, helpful staff who will treat your pets like their own beloved family members. Plus, they will handle your insurance reimbursements, which is maybe the best perk I’ve ever found at a vet. That service alone has saved me hours of admin and frankly thousands of dollars because I tend to neglect my pile of receipts for insurance reimbursement 🙈All of this is part of how they care deeply for you and your pet. Don’t hesitate to make your nearest Heart of Chelsea location your go-to for pet care.
Feb 05, 2025 · Angela LinnemanThis group stands out from any vet office I've experienced before. My 12 yr old dog was unexpectedly very ill. Everyone, including the front desk, the Vet Techs, and the doctors were caring and knowledgable. Dr. Takesi took a lot of time to explain every consideration, potential testing, and cost so I could consider next steps. When there was a concerning lab result , the on call Vet Dr. H persisted when we could not answer, calling back several times until he got through and then he explained everything and answered our questions without rushing. When I returned to the office with my dog Nala, we were treated with warmth and sympathy. The care made us both feel calm and secure. Caroleena (Apologies for likely misspelling!) was an angel, bonding with Nala and treating her as if she were her own. This is the kind of medical care we all hope to receive (as humans and for our pets), and they actually deliver it. I am beyond grateful that we found such a caring office for Nala's last days. Thank you so much for all the kindness and helpful support.
Apr 05, 2025 · EGGWe had a great experience! We recently moved to Brooklyn and went to Heart of Chelsea Park Slope for our cat's annual check up and vaccines. Our cat doesn't trust people easily, but the staff and vets made her feel safe and comfortable. I don't think she even noticed when she got the rabiies shot; she was distracted eating treats! The place was clean and our appointment on time.
Nov 20, 2024 · Maria Pia MaitiDr. McNulty is thorough and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. The staff is very friendly and warm with the dogs. They are quick with invoices and records and scheduling.
Dec 13, 2024 · Melissa Siegel ZimmermanWOW, we are first time dog owners and the care here is amazing. Answered all of our questions and were so kind with our puppy. This will be our go to vet!
