Jun 29, 2025 · jazzy gI recently acquired a 2 yr old doodle from a family enduring hardship. I needed to find a vet . I have been a long time resident of Needham. I made an appointment with Highland Animal Hospital. My initial appointment was canceled because I was told the vet would not be available. Rescheduled and took a day off from work again. Got a call from the office about 5:30pm the evening before. I was told I would have to reschedule the appointment (again) because they did not receive my dogs paperwork ( which is about 3 pages of vaccine history, Which I believe would be easily reviewed in about 5 min by a vet. I was going to bring the paperwork with me but that was not adequate. If it’s that hard to make an appointment and the front desk seemed to me to be totally unreasonable and rude I decided not to reschedule. I will seek another vet.
Apr 10, 2025 · E HayesDr. Asklof and vet tech Cassy, together, provided a thorough examination and care for my cat Miso. I felt confident Miso was getting the best care. She went in with an unexplained fever and was prescribed antibiotics. She is responding well. If we should have problems or issues I love that Highland Animal Hospital is nearby.
