★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bad vet who price gouged us. Went in thinking cat has urinary infection. Vet did $700 of tests without letting us know prices. All came back negative; still awaiting results for the one relevant test. No advice. No medicine. Should have witheld payment. Now can't pay rent! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.
February 06 · Lauranne OliveauDr. Leah and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. Our 10 mo. old Frenchie had a rash and they (Maria) squeezed us in for a same day appointment (which was WONDERFUL) and took great care of us. I am very pleased with the service, pricing, and locations close to our home. I will be moving all of our pets over House Paws as their main vet. I would 100% recommend House Paws as a great vet choice for your dog(s). Thank you, Dr. Leah + staff!
June 30 · Abbey SlitorMy dog did receive good care, based on the fact that he did well on the medications the vet prescribed, I previously gave a very good review after my first visit. Since, I found that they were charging me double for my dogs medications. I got it from Costco for much cheaper and from Chewy for literally half after asking for a paper prescription. Whenever I request a refill, they insist I bring him back in (even during this quarantine) for a re-check and they are EXTREMELY expensive. It took me a week to reach them this time even though I was calling during business hours... I got a recording saying they were away caring for animals and would return the call. They did not return the call and Marie said she received no messages from me, this is the norm unfortunately. After getting her on the phone finally, she said she would call me right back and did not. In the last week, while trying to reach them for a refill, my dogs ear infection has worsened, I got no call back and received an email declining my refill request and asking me to come in 4 days later. I'll be taking my dog elsewhere.
May 06 · Chris JohnsonDr. Knode and staff are wonderful! We met them by way of emergency and they were most compassionate with assisting us saying goodbye to our 14 year old dog and family member! Today we brought our kitten in, and for our 2nd time meeting they are consistent! Loving, compassionate and truly care about your animal whether first or last time meeting. I highly suggest this practice, they are wonderful 💗 We have found our Vet for our furbaby family, and are so thankful!
September 14 · Courtney MerhautThey have always been professional and caring, and took care of our dog like he was their own. We have moved to Texas and are going to miss them greatly!
