★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm so grateful that we have this vet clinic in our community. The staff are friendly, wonderful people. I tend to get anxious when my pets get sick, and Dr. Smith always puts my mind at ease. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and I always feel like my pets are in good hands under this clinic's care.
August 20 · Kelly TindolI recently had to put my elderly dog down and to say I was an absolute wreck would be an understatement. The staff were very understanding and respectful. That experience was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through but I am so grateful I decided to bring him to this clinic. The appointment was much less than I expected, also. They sent me a card in the mail, and when I picked up his ashes they gave me a card as well. I will be bringing all of my animals here in the future.
August 28 · Charlene SmithI can't say enough good things about this amazing clinic. My dog was struggling to walk & I called them in a panic. Even without having been a previous client, they were able to fit our emergency in their schedule. The staff is incredibly compassionate & nice. The cost was lower than I anticipated. & they even precut all my dog's medication for him. It's so nice to have a vet clinic that seems so genuinely focused on the patients & their owners. Highly recommend!!
February 25 · Lisa Marie WestmanWas not happy with their service I called to get some heartgard for heartworms they do not carry it all they carry is Credelio and some other brand witch my dog won't eat even if I mix it with human food I was told by one of girls at the front desk to force my dog's mouth open and force it down her throat makes me wonder how they treat your pets when you leave them there I don't force my dog's to anything very disappointed in their service and out $186.00 Dollars will probably find a different veterinarian clinic you don't have to force any animal if you had heartgard l never had to force my pet to eat it she loved the taste of heartgard very disappointed
May 27 · Tony KienastThe staff genuinely seems to care about your pets. They thoroughly explain things in easy to understand terms. They are decently priced. Only downfall is that since COVID-19 has come along and you are no longer aloud to go into the clinic, its more difficult to communicate with the vet and they are busier than normal. For instance, I took my poodle in because of symptoms of heart disease but I also needed him vaccinated for rabies and put on flea/tick prevent preventative. I emailed all this to the clinic when I made my appointment and reminded them twice while at my appointment. After telling them 3 times I expected it was taken care of till I examined the bill and found out that it was not. Now it's going to cost me another vet visit to get taken care of what should have been taken care of the first time around. BUT, this was the only time I ever had any issues with them.
