★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Thank you so much for taking care of Finley and my mom. My mom was so anxious and stressed from not being taken seriously at a different clinic. Your clinic took her seriously and comforted her through hard decisions. You guys will always be part of our family story now. Thank you so much for your compassion and care ❤️
June 21 · Sarah HessWe had an amazing experience at this clinic. They were so sweet to us and our dogs and they are extremely knowledgeable about everything. They answered all of our questions and helped ease us on some concerns we had. We felt like they genuinely cared about us and our dogs and weren’t there to just take our money like most vets. Their clinic is EXTREMELY clean and very well organized/managed. This is the first time we took our dogs somewhere and they werent super nervous. Most clinics are all dark and gloomy but this one was extremely nice. I would 100% recommend lakeside to any pet owner and rest assured that they really do care about the animals they treat. Thanks guys!
April 17 · Izze GhazawnaI'm very particular about my animals' care, and I admit it. When I first moved back to Texas, I visited five different vets before I finally found Dr. Kuo. I liked her so much that I even followed her from her previous practice. She is, without a doubt, one of the best vets I've ever had.Dr. Kuo is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I've never had another vet who keeps so up-to-date on medication research, industry changes, and the latest developments in small animal care. Her commitment to continuous learning and improvement sets really her apart and ensures that my pets receive the best possible care. Dr. Kuo truly embodies the qualities of an exceptional veterinarian, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, her empathy and dedication are remarkable.Lastly, I can't ignore the front staff at this clinic, who are hands down the best I've ever encountered, and that's coming from a vet I absolutely adored in Idaho. My Aussie doesn't do well with small dogs or children, so I'm always vigilant in public. The staff here have notes on all my pets and actively manage the situation in the waiting room, ensuring there's no chance of an incident by placing us or others in different areas. They are also incredibly efficient, handling appointment and medication reminders, and email communication flawlessly. I have no complaints at all—they're amazing. This industry is incredibly challenging. Vets and vet techs face one of the highest suicide rates of any profession, highlighting just how tough their job truly is. They deal with the heartbreak of losing patients, the stress of long hours, and the constant pressure to provide the best care for our beloved pets. Recognizing how hard their job is makes me profoundly grateful for this clinic and its compassionate staff. Whether you choose this clinic or another, please remember to be kind, empathetic, and appreciative of your veterinary staff. Your kindness and understanding can truly make a world of difference.Hermes, Ammy, Helios, and Pandora say thank you!!!
June 30 · KyndallI want to express my heartfelt thanks to my vet, Dr. Schnacke, and the entire clinic staff. Their compassion for my dog and their consistent responsiveness to my questions mean so much. I was especially impressed when the team followed up on my dog's condition first thing Monday morning, after I had raised a concern just before the weekend closure. Their dedication is truly appreciated.
June 30 · Shao Ting FuI brought my cat in yesterday for the first time and was so impressed with everything. Everyone was so friendly! Dr. Amara and Heather did a great job with my cat, Lemon. They were patient, didn’t push his limits, and explained all of my options very well. And bonus points because this is the cleanest vet office I’ve ever been to!
