Landen Maineville Animal Hospital Reviews
Very nice staff! Got me quickly and treated my cat well.
Feb 27, 2025 · Hayley OlberdingAfter 32 years, we are stepping away from this practice. At the latest check-up , the Dr could not even bother to strike up a conversation. He was very rude seemed to “care less” about our cat. Two days latter when the same pet( cat) seemed lethargic I called and alas, the Dr was out again ( second time that week). He seems to have lost interest in his practice and care for our pets. We ended up taking our cat to an emergency service where he is getting proper care and love.
Aug 20, 2023 · K Berg0/10 recommend . He misdiagnosed my dog on a Saturday then continued to tell me it was a uterus infection on Monday he didn’t even look my dog over never checked her temperature , did blood work and then called me in on Tuesday and said she needed an emergency spay and exploratory surgery and continued to emphasize on the fact that he came in on his day off to do this , he did the surgery in 30 minutes called me back and said he still had no idea what the problem was . I called his office a couple hours later they said my dog was up and in her cage doing better but had no idea how much the dr was going to charge me for the exploratory surgery , then next morning the dr called me with 0 emotion and told me that my dog didn’t make it through the night and he still didn’t have any idea what was wrong with her and said that’s the reality of medicine . And continued to tell me how he didn’t make her sick and that he did all he could do. He then lied to my fiancé and told him that he told me it was high risk and may not make it but that was never the case. I never would’ve left my dog there if I thought for a second she wasn’t going to make it , I was already looking into a second opinion and only brought my dog back because he said ut was an emergency and I was scared for my dogs life . She hadn’t ate in 4 days even tho we were at the vet everyday all he ever did was prescribe her a nausea pill . Never an antibiotic even though he swore up and down it was an infection . Then called the cops on my fiancé when he went up to sign the forms to release her body , he was absolutely horrible . Please please please do not bring your pets here, he is very rude and so very unprofessional!!! My dog never even made it to 2 years old because he was incompetent and I truly believe he didn’t do everything in his power to save her!
Nov 29, 2023 · Courtney Elizabethvery unprofessional. I do not know the name of the rude woman i spoke to, but i expressed that i am a new cat owner and had some questions. instead of letting me finish my questions and answering them for me she cut me off and said “well i can make you an appointment” while laughing at me. this was on 7/19 in the morning. blows my mind someone can act like this when a customer is showing a real concern for their animal. seems like someone needs to be in a different career. no worries though! glad i had this interaction and i was able to share it so hopefully other people see this and don’t give you their business! I know i wouldn’t spend a dime here let alone let them look at my cat!
