Lenox Cat Hospital Reviews
I had a cat who was diagnosed with FIP (he passed in his sleep) He was very ill and we called different vets and animal shelters around Pittsfield explaining how bad our situation was with our cat Olaf. No one took him in or seemed to care. I called Lenox Cat Hospital, they took Olaf in next day. Sally and Jamie are truly compassionate and care so much about your cat. They did everything they could to save Olaf. I am forever grateful for the service they provided my cat and I. There was nothing else we could’ve done to save him. He was on medication for a week and given constant care at this cat hospital. They went above and beyond for my family, including dropping off medication at my house at 10:30pm once the blood results were in, dropping him off at my house after being at the hospital for the day, and providing constant communication and support. This hospital is truly amazing and if I get another cat I will be taking him/her here. Thank you so much Sally and Jamie for your care and compassion for my cat.
Jun 21, 2025 · Molly DiCarloI want to let everyone know how incredibly Dr. Sally and the Lenox Kat hospital team is! Karter the Kat recently had an acute illness that required advanced care. On discharge, Dr. Sally picked Karter's care right up and went the distance and beyond to help determine her diagnosis. I can't say how impressive her efforts have been. Her example of thoroughness and diagnostic acumen puts us human doctors to shame! The energy and interest is outstanding and Karter and I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and professionalism we have received.
May 03, 2025 · Gabriel Kaufmanfantastic vet. i adopted a sick and flea ridden kitten off the side of the road this past summer (july 1) and they got me in for an appointment on july 3. they were the only place who was willing to take me so soon. that turnaround was so helpful and they really went the extra mile to take care of my kitten and give me the knowledge to make sure she got healthy. I went to them for all the follow ups and for her spay appointment in september, and they have been amazing and helpful every step of the way. they’re always able to answer questions on the phone or by email, and have been kind and understanding while i’ve fumbled my way through having my first cat (and a sick one at that). The prices are super reasonable and you can tell all of the people there really love cats and their jobs. they took care of my cat like she was their own and they were just as invested as i was in her health. overall i’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat, i’d rate more than 5 if i could!
