Lesslie Animal Hospital Reviews
I’ve been coming here about 2 years now and from day one the ladies up front have became family. From text reminders to friendly conversations and advice. The doctor is quick and hardly keeps me waiting. I’ve brought several animals and recommended a numerous amount of friends to this location. They know how much I deeply love all my frenchies and they even get in the floor to play with them and take pics etc. dr seltzer couldn’t have asked for a better team!
Mar 11, 2025 · morgan coonI have read many of these reviews and find most of the negative comments very hard to believe about this office. I am a true animal lover as we own five. Dr. Setzer and his team have cared for all of them through health and emergencies. He helped us through trying to save our beloved Pittie Dak and his office supported us through the year after we lost him. Dr. Setzer never once diagnosed him with cancer but recommended tonis when it was time for us to take him to a specialist if we wanted to pursue further treatment. He always takes the time to explain all options. He treats both of our “special” English Springer Spaniels Finley and Tucker and our Boykin Harper. He has made special accommodations to see our old girl Kylie who is a Lottie also. He knows them all and spends time talking to them and playing with them. Our boy Finley is nervous and can bark like a foghorn but they have never just muzzled him prior to seeing how he reacts to them because he will let them work with him if they approach him and he does not bite just barks. I have owned many dogs over my life and went to many vets and this team is top notch. Now do people make mistakes absolutely but if you want truly caring individuals who take time to know you and your pets this is your team. And if Dr. Setzer doesn’t know what is going on he will recommend what he thinks is best but he never tells you what to do. He delivers hard news in a compassionate caring way.
Nov 19, 2024 · Aundi WrightI boarded my dogs here and they did a great job caring for them. Especially because one of my dogs is somewhat difficult because of previous abuse. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish they were a little more communicative about my dogs when asked. I am a bit overprotective dog mom and want to know every detail. Previous places I have boarded gave report cards and updates. I got nothing even when I asked several people at pick up how they did. Otherwise they made the process easy and I will definitely use them again!
Apr 06, 2025 · Haley WilkisonMy name is Molly I've been going going to lesslie animal hospital since I was 6 weeks old and now I'm 9 years old and I'm spoiled rotten lol.
May 03, 2025 · Minnie WhitmoreLeslie, their staff, Doctors and attendants are all first class. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Hurd has been cared for now a number of years. We are very satisfied. Our animals have been treated well and the advice has been outstanding. We have large dogs. Our Weimeriner was 30 pounds over weight as she is VERY food motivated. Adding green beans to her diet as instructed has been great. She is now at a normal weight, healthy and very active. We continue to use Leslie Animal Hospital and highly recommend them for your pet care.
