I want to sincerely thank Dr. Kramer and the entire staff for the incredible care, compassion, and attention to detail they gave my little kitty during such a difficult time. At just two pounds, she was so fragile, but everyone treated her with the utmost gentleness and kindness.The team performed an ultrasound—thankfully, nothing concerning was found. An X-ray had been done previously by the adoption center, and they had also administered IV fluids since my kitty hadn't had water for over 30 hours. Unfortunately, due to her dehydration and fever, a blood test couldn’t be completed at the time.Dr. Kramer provided thoughtful treatment, including pain relief and antibiotics. My poor kitty was in so much discomfort she couldn’t even use the restroom on her own, and for two days, she barely moved—awake or asleep. But by the third day, she managed a few small steps, and on the fourth day, she began walking more and even eating on her own before I was feeding her with syringes. I plan to run a blood test once she’s stronger.Thank you again to the entire team. Your kindness, compassion, and clear communication made a world of difference—for both of us. I’m so grateful for the support and care you provided during such a stressful time.For those who got cats this place will take good care of your cats with tenderness and they hold them with care to not cause more pain they really care for animals that for us animals became more than an animal 🥰

His technicians and front desk staff are just as amazing—warm, sweet, and clearly passionate about what they do. The positive energy throughout the facility is palpable, and it really sets the tone for an stress-free experience (for both pet and human).They recently took care of my dog Harley and did everything possible to make it as low-stress as they could. They used a proper muzzle (or as I like to call it, her little “party hat”), and even let me come back to see the wound they were assessing and bandaging, which gave me so much peace of mind. The facility itself is spotless—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I’d absolutely feel comfortable leaving my pets in their hands if I ever needed to.And just when I thought I couldn’t love them more, they had a freebie kiosk out front handing out pup cups, bandanas, tennis balls, and poop bags as part of a community engagement event. I love to see that kind of care go beyond the clinic walls.Luckily for everyone, my demon spawn Harley is coming home with me today, but we’ll definitely be back for follow-ups and any other pet concerns. Pet parents, this is THE premier veterinarian team in Denver, maybe even in the state. I have 12 years experience with a handful of clinics in Denver because I am very picky about the care my pups receive.Initial experience: Daniel took my call and was only the second person who treated our situation with any concern. He went above and beyond to learn what our needs were and then worked the schedule to fit us in for a consult and found a way to schedule the needed surgery the next day. He took the initiative to call me back with additional information before I had a chance to send over the needed records. He was kind and restored my faith in humanity - which the other 27 offices I called left me feeling like our situation was nothing more than a financial transaction, including the vet office I have been taking my pups to for the last 5 or 6 years.First appointment: Daniel set the bar high with my expectations after our phone interaction and I found the rest of the team equally impressive. Check in, initial info intake, and meeting with the doctor who took the time to discuss the surgery, answer all my questions, explain the concerns and risks, every minute of of this experience from walking in to leaving, calmed my anxiety over the shocking medical situation we are facing.Follow up: I received a call before I even made it home with the blood test results, had a few additional questions answered, and had an email receipt in my inbox within the hour.I am already taking the steps to have my two pups records transferred over to this location and team.I am certain you will be just as happy with the team here at Livewell Animal Hospital of RiNo and I encourage you to consider this office as your go to for veterinary care.Thank you Livewell Animal Hospital of RiNo, I wish this review software would allow me to give you more than 5 stars.
