Since moving to Colorado, I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable vet for my two kitties—both of whom get extremely anxious during vet visits. This past week, I got nervous when one of them had her first hairball, and I wanted to get both checked out just to be sure everything was okay.I found Sploot RiNo, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we walked in, the entire team—Dr. Ben Andries, the kind soul at the front desk, and the amazing nurse—made us feel so welcome and at ease. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a vet before. They took their time, didn’t rush a thing, and were incredibly patient and gentle with my girls. They showered them with treats, reassured me about all my concerns, and genuinely treated my cats with so much care and compassion. It was clear they love what they do. Even when the kitties got a little overwhelmed, the team remained calm and kind—and to my surprise, my cats were the calmest they’ve ever been at a vet. It’s like they knew they were in good hands.I’m so relieved to have finally found a vet home here in Colorado. Huge thanks to our new fam at Sploot RiNo—Cali, Miracle, and I are so thankful for you all and look forward to keeping the girls happy and healthy with your help!🐈🐈‍⬛ - Ally Esposito
