Absolutely unbelievable care and compassion from Dr. Jeanne. She took great care of our beloved cat Rita. When it was Rita's time to go to heaven, Dr. Jeanne made the process so peaceful and came so quickly despite being out all day on a Saturday. Apr 01, 2024 · Tim NewmanOMG what an awesome experience. I have a very scared shy cat who needed care. Dr Ludlow was so calm and obviously so experienced. I’m an ED nurse and I could tell that this vet knew her stuff. And the gentle way she cared for my cat - the time she took making sure my Callie was kept reassured and calm throughout. And thoroughly checked everything! I wish I could give her 20 stars! Thank you Dr Ludlow!

Jan 21, 2020 · Anne DunlapDr. Ludlow has been seeing my cats for at least 10 years now. She is really great with them even though they are not always thrilled with her…. She’s proactive about their care and at the same time always looking at the expense of care.I recently had to have my cat put to sleep. I was very upset at losing her. Dr. Ludlow was so gentle and really made the whole experience better.

Oct 13, 2021 · Peter MillsIf possible, I would give 0 stars. I hate to write a negative review. But, it's very necessary at this point. Dr. Ludlow made the experience of putting our dog down very uneasy, horrific, and uncomfortable. We were unable to grieve properly because she was "out of sorts" from the moment she arrived. Needless to say, she did take on our dog as a "new client" during a global pandemic (which was her choice)... I do give credit for that one piece. But, not only did she take longer to put our dog down because she could not find a vein, she also lied about when she dropped our dog to be cremated. I called the crematory service myself and they did not receive our dog until the day after when we were told she was dropped off the same day. I had a really hard time understanding if our dog was actually "passed" because the experience was so OFF. Communicating with her was also really rough as she was extremely condescending in her tone... perhaps because she knew she lied about simple things (like mentioned above). Lastly, she was so unorganized and didn't even get the # of paw prints we wanted correctly... which was very disturbing and sad that one of us could not receive a paw print as a memory. I don't know if this is a one-off experience but I can tell you I would NEVER recommend her for an at-home vet, especially Euthanasia. Please do your research.

She only does cats, but honestly, I called her to find a vet for a dog... and she actually called me back, couldn't help me but tried her best and suggested other places.
