May 15, 2025 · Troi UlmanFor fourteen years Tom and the staff at LVH, took care of out dog Logan. He lived a long and healthy life under their care for which we will forever appreciate. Jan 15, 2025 · Jordon SutherlinExtreme compassionate staff. Dr. Tom is superb! I brought my executive senior cat to be seen. He was very thorough with a bedside manner that put me at ease. I had been searching for a vet that would treat my senior citizen cat and not see an age first. I found him! I instantly knew I had made the right choice in LVH. Thank you Dr. Tom and all the LVH crew!
Apr 25, 2025 · Deborah TerryI've taken my dog to several Vets in the area & now use Lyme Veterinary Hospital exclusively. This was based 1st, on the skill, knowledge, expertise, experience & interpersonal skills of Tom Heitzman. Having experience with vets around the country, he stands out as the best I've dealt with.Additionally, the skill, professional service & welcoming nature of his staff cemented my relationship with Lyme Veterinary Hospital. As a former executive with a reputation of being "picky" about ... & who is usually underwhelmed by the level of customer service from most organizations, I almost never give an unqualified recommendation of an organization. However I'm doing just that for Lyme Veterinary Hospital. They are the best!!! Great job Tom & Staff ... & thank you.
May 03, 2025 · FrankLyme Veterinary is a well organized, clean and welcoming place. The staff are all nice and very helpful, and Dr. H. is a nice, affable, easy going guy who put Maggie at ease and was a pleasure to deal with. She is not at ease at the vet’s but Dr. Tom took care of that with some sweet attention. I have confidence that they will take proper care. We are part timers in Vermont and our two dogs get their shots at different times of the year, so Biscuit (Weim/Rhody) gets her’s in Dallas,Texas in January. She got very sick last year here in Vermont and Lyme Veterinary saw her immediately even though technically she was not their patient. I immediately faxed over her records and they took great care of her . For as long as we summer in Vermont this is where I will take my dogs.
