★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I visited this veterinary clinic for the first time after my previous vet retired. I needed to get my dog seen within a day or two due to her having severe skin issues that had become infected, and we needed a refill of her antibiotics. They were able to help me get in that same day ,which was a miracle because most places had a month's wait. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the vet was so nice and caring. The staff seemed to really care for my dogs well being and they weren't just trying to make money. It was super affordable, and it cost less than $200 for the visit , antibiotics, and cortisone shot .I would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a more affordable option where the staff truly cares for your animals well being.
March 12 · AmandaaI called 5 separate vet hospitals to get our new kitten her free first visit the SPCA and vets provide. Marcellus was the only one who could/would take her, the woman who answered was extremely helpful and her first exam is scheduled!
October 24 · Kevin ConnellDr Kraai and Dr Bruck are both knowledgeable and professional. They don’t waste your money on unnecessary vaccinations or tests. They help you take care of your pet like family and will tell you straight when something you are doing may not be the most beneficial for your pet and give you alternatives. If you are willing they are great resources to learn from when it comes to giving your pet the best life.
August 06 · J DuryeeThis place is unlike any other. They truly care about you and your furry family. Professional staff as well as the Veterinarians. They don't just order tests that are not needed. They use their expertise to assess and diagnose prior to going through any tests. They don't judge you if you wish to not go to extreme measures to extend the life of your pet. When you make an appointment you are seen promptly and aren't left waiting to be seen. The knowledge Dr. Bruck and Dr. Kraai is like no other veterinarians I have been to. Their knowledge goes above and beyond to provide the best care for your pet. Lori, the vet tech is beyond awesome. She is compassionate and understanding and has a wonderful sense of humor. I can't begin to tell you the respect and gratitude I have for the Marcellus Veterinarian Hospital.
June 03 · Brian StephensThe care they have given my dogs is compassionate and always with great medical care. My sister is an excellent veterinarian in TX. Her compassion for animals is lifelong. I always double check with her when I have a vet visit. She has always been able to reassure me that my vet is given great care and advice.
