Town & Country Hospital for Pets Reviews
Everyone here is kind and both doctors are clearly very caring. I’ve had both over the years but this review is about Dr. Dodge. He took the time to talk on the phone about my mother’s problematic cat recently and I felt his advice was smart and compassionate. I knew she was in good hands with him and with this practice. We feel very thankful to have him as our Veterinarian.
May 23, 2025 · Jessica ManningAlexus is very rude. Taking my service else where . Seems like I was bothering her by trying to schedule an appointment. Telling me how everything is done on paper, they dont have a computer. Thank love, I’ll spend my money at another office
Feb 26, 2025 · yamii paganWe unfortunately had to put our elderly dog down, so we had her cremated. Town & Country did a wonderful job. Very pleased
Feb 02, 2025 · Morgan LamirandeMy dog had a horrible allergic reaction with quarter sized raised hives all over her body and face. When I called the receptionist didn’t seem ti care and told me just to give her Benadryl. Told her I had been doing that every 8 hours and it was only getting worse. She said there was nothing they could do and they were booked for the day. Was literally already in the parking lot and didn’t see any patients there. Called a family friend who’s a vet 20 minutes away and he gave her two injections and sent us home with steroids. She immediately improved.Very disappointed they wouldn’t see their own client when she really needed it.
