May 24, 2025 · Kaleb WilczakI don’t normally give a review but, thought this one was necessary. Is this place a pain in the arse to get ahold of to make an appointment? Yes. Does missing a phone call mean you may miss your chance of getting an appointment? Yes. Does this place do what vets do, but at a 1/3 or 1/4 of the cost? Yes. Do they do a great job? Yes. So all in all Syracuse Spay and Neuter gets an A+ rating and a 5⭐️ review from me. Beggars can’t be choosers, so just deal with the hassle of getting an appointment and be thankful you only spent around $80 for your pet to get fixed. Or get upset and go to a vet and pay between $3-400 for the same thing. Just don’t get on here and complain about anything. For those checking this place out and trying to get an appointment… be patient. They charge barely anything, compared to vets, so expect a little inconvenience here and there. It’s worth it to save a few dollars.
May 20, 2025 · Guy RI called to make an appointment for my male cat Cheeto, I left the message and got a call back an hour or so later and made an appointment for the following weekend. When I got there the front desk staff was so amazing, and sweet and supportive and understanding because I was so anxious. They gave me clear good instructions for my cats recovery and he is healing wonderfully. They sell cones, and onesies, and pain medication at the facility 10$ a piece. I got everything and the price you just can’t beat. Vaccinations, neutering, check up, nail trim. All amazing. I will not complain to much because they’re amazing and have amazing prices, but I really wish there was a number to text or call to get an update on your pet because they take them early in the morning and you pick up late in the afternoon and I had a bit of separation anxiety. Other than that 10/10! My cat is all fixed and doing so good! I would recommend. Amazing service.
