★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Per my personal experience I do not recommend this place! There was only one employee I would recommend because they took the time to help me and calm my nerves. After a second opinion from another vet we have no found out that my cats bruising that showed up after nurturing him was most definitely from the surgery. My cats bruising stopped eatting and drinking for almost a week and when I asked if I can syringe feed him I was told no it can hurt him other vet we spoke to said that is absolutely not the case and if a cat is not eating then that’s what you should do. They also tried claiming the bruising was not from them they don’t touch that area yet it’s exactly where they would have to touch him.
May 19 · Brittney mcglincheyWe brought Luna here to be spayed and the whole experience was pretty seamless for us. We set up a date, and I brought her in that day. Of course she pooped in the carrier on the way, so I had that wonderful surprise to clean up when I got there 🫣 but the staff was kind and helpful.Check in was quick and easy. They explained everything upfront, including costs and procedures so there were no surprises! I got a call about mid day to let me know she was done and in recovery, and once I got there to pick her back up they explained everything I needed to know. I didn't leave with any questions or not understanding anything because everything was explained really well. Fast forward to the next day, they called to make sure she was doing okay after all the anesthesia wore off and things start to go back to normal. I actually really loved this part. She was doing just fine, probably better than ever, but the fact that they called just to make sure, really made us feel like they truly care about the fur babies. Over all this is a really great clinic and they truly care!Luna was doing drunk flips in her carrier while she was recovering. 😅
December 22 · Carrie WalkerExcellent experience! Contacted them on Sunday, they called me Monday and scheduled for the next day for my five kittens. My babies are home and doing well and my boyfriend praised them on how nice they were here. They helped bring them out to the vehicle also. Today they called me to check on them.
July 09 · Josie DI brought my cat here to be spayed and they completely neglected her. They did not give me a cone, any antibiotics, and the pain meds I paid for were supposed to include 6 tablets and I only had 3. I had to completely get the surgery done again somewhere else - another $300. Don’t waste your money! Take your cat/dog to Northpoint Animal Hospital on 231. They do a GREAT job and you leave with everything you need and all your concerns addressed.
July 03 · Tatiana BatesIf you looking for a group of people that will love your pet as much as you do I do t recommend you go anywhere else. From initial phone call to their follow up call I knew these people were in it for the love of animals not my wallet. They took time to not only explain things to me but, they took the time to assure my kids everything that was goin to be ok and our Kitty would be well taken care. They did not disappoint… I’d give this veterinarian a 10 if I could. Thank you from my family for taking care of our newest member.
