Brought my kitten here for his first check up since adopting him the day prior. Just wanted to get a couple things checked and make sure he was good on his vaccines. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Their lobby is big so you don’t feel cramped with other guests and their pets.The assistant and vet were very gentle and patient with my kitten. They gave him ample time to feel comfortable enough to come out of his cage for the exam. Vet was very try knowledgeable and put us at ease about our concerns.They even gave a free little swag bag at the end! Will definitely stay with the veterinary office for my kitties future visits.Update: Just brought my kitten for another checkup and Taylor was the assistant that helped us during our visit. 5 stars for how kind and helpful she was! Will definitely be back because of her.

I came in yesterday with my three Boston Terriers. The techs and vet are very competent and friendly. They were gentle with our dogs, you can tell they really care about the animals. Pricing is good as well for Murfreesboro.

I adopted a cat in January and had a great first visit at this vet—helpful doctor and a solid plan for her ongoing health issues. A few weeks later, they easily helped me over the phone to get her prescription food. But when I tried to refill it with a larger bag, my request was declined. I called to ask why, and the person I spoke with was surprisingly rude and confrontational, even questioning whether my cat needed the food. It left me feeling unwelcome, and now I’m researching other vets just to avoid dealing with that kind of interaction again.

Over priced, my dog was treated here for years until referred to another vet. Dr Honey as sweet as he sounds made me feel as though it was my fault my dog had allergic reactions to something, swelled up.. it was my fault… and she was overweight, again my fault until labs showed her thyroid was messed up. New vet right down the street from them treated her, changed her diet, charges half the prices he does and holds no judgment or blames the owners for allergies like good Ol Dr Honey. Love getting emails still to this day threatening me because my dog is past due on vaccinations.
