★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bunny May had her first appointment today! I cannot rave enough about our experience. I am a paranoid new puppy first time parent and well…a worry wart. So having them answer all my questions, while giving her so much love made my heart so full. This will for sure be our Vet. From Angelica at the front with warm greetings to Starr and AnnaBelle trimming her nails, giving kisses, processing testing, and making sure she behaved for the Dr. (the man is a saint), I truly could not be happier. They found she has an ear infection, which they assured me was common for her breed, and they gave me all the tools, resources, and medicine to treat her ailment. Leaving a little more relieved and know I’m on the right track taking care of my baby girl. Thank you to this amazing team!
July 31 · Jeffrey HarrellHaving rescued 8 week old mini dachshunds (sister littermates) from a hoarding situation in Oregon, I experienced the first two years of their lives with a wonderful veterinarian who himself had 3 dachshunds and helped me navigate being a new-to-the-breed owner. Moving across the country to Georgia, I was blessed again to have another wonderful professional take care of our girls, who again, had doxies of her own. Our move to Tennessee necessitated a new veterinarian again, but we hit the jackpot when Savannah's Crossing was referred to us. They have seen the girls through all their senior years, working through shot reactions, anesthesia reactions, pain medications, digestive issues, navigating Pancreatitis with one of our girls and all that's involved in maintaining good health and finally, being the caring and thoughtful staff when one of our girls had to cross that rainbow bridge when it was time. It had been years since having to make that call with a pet, and the staff couldn't have been more thorough in their explanation of the and compassionate with our grief. Blessed that we still have her sister with us, we know that she's lived more life than what lies ahead. Dr. Maddux and Dr. Walker have both been closely involved with our girls health and we couldn't give them a higher recommendation.
July 24 · Robin WeinmanAre 95% of the pictures on your phone of your pets? Then Savannah's Crossing is the place for you. The staff is friendly, professional, and always strive to deliver a great experience. Dr. Maddux is knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to thoroughly address your questions and concerns. He is not quick to overtreat or over prescribe for a fast profit but actually navigates your pet's health with their best life and wellness in mind. Their app makes scheduling a breeze and they have always been willing to go the extra mile. We have been going for over eight years and I highly recommend you give them a try!
August 09 · - OneZenBen -I absolutely love this place. They fit my sick dog in same day when I wasn't a previous client (my vet canceled on me) Pricing is super reasonable and they didn't push anything extra cost wise. First time at a tn vet that they didn't want to run any tests and just treated symptoms of diarrhea. And notified me they would be there if it continues since next steps would be bloodwork and ultrasound. Under $200.
March 13 · Jessica TurnerI have (well my 5 pups) have been patients of this great practice and they TRULY are the best! Dedication, commitment , understanding passion, and everything else in between with front desk staff, vet technicians and of course veterinarians. I recently went through a process with my senior dog and end of life options. This practice was so amazing and supportive, flexible, respectful, empathetic, informative…honestly helped me feel in control to make the right decision (as tough as it was). I am a forever client with these guys, I also loved learning Savannah’s story and life!
