Avoid if you have kittens, wasted an hour drive because these bozos working at the vet clinic wanna make some quick revenue. I have 4 kittens that are 6 weeks old needing to get their vaccinations booked an appointment for 3.27 and was told they can’t take them because my 1 pound kittens ALL need to be in separate crates for vaccines due to “policy”. What policy, I cant find anything regarding why would I need to have them all separate, that makes zero sense. I even asked if I could bring them in separately one at a time they said no, you guys are full of it, 60$ for XS crates lol - Jasmine

For those considering Vetco Vaccination Clinic, it's worth understanding the core reasons why it might be the right choice for your pet. The clinic's primary value lies in its extensive list of services, offering a one-stop solution for many pet care needs. For busy pet owners, the ability to get vaccinations, purchase supplies, and even look into training classes at the same location can be a significant advantage. The focus on preventative care, particularly through vaccinations and parasite prevention, highlights a commitment to long-term pet health. While the clinic structure of requiring appointments is crucial to its operational model, it ensures a more organized experience for all clients, helping to minimize wait times and maximize the quality of care provided during the scheduled slot. The availability of services like Petco Pharmacy and Veterinary Pet Insurance support further streamlines the process of obtaining medications and planning for future health expenses.

However, it is important to be aware of the experiences of other clients. Some reviews mention challenges with customer service and communication, particularly regarding pricing and policies. The need for separate crates for multiple kittens, as noted in a review, and the lack of upfront information about microchip registration fees and procedures, can be sources of frustration. It's recommended that prospective clients call ahead to confirm all policies and pricing details for specific services. This can help manage expectations and ensure a smoother visit. While these issues are important to consider, the clinic's broad range of services, including medical, grooming, and training options, continues to make it a popular choice for many in the Murfreesboro area.
