★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1if I could give Dr. Stan and his team 10 Stars I would. The care and compassion they have shown for my Great Dane. since he's been a patient there has been amazing. it's hard to find a vet that does well with big dogs, however, Dr Stan was wonderful and very caring with our big guy. look no further for any of your vet needs in Florence than this clinic.
May 22 · Roger PolskyIf you make an appointment and are there on time, you should be seen at the time of your appointment not an hour later! I let it slide first visit. Second time, won't happen again and comping the doctor's fee just doesn't cut it for me. Your clients time is just as valuable as your own. It's also poor business! Patients should be in and out fast, so the practice can pull in more revenue! Then maybe you could charge less, instead of making the few clients you have pay so much. In the hour that I sat in your waiting room, you had NO phone calls and only 5 patients. Fire your business manager, and if you don't have one you need one bad!
May 30 · Jeannie BrownEveryone from front desk to vet techs and the Doctors are amazing! I love the patience and attention given to my furbaby! Dr. Ryan is wonderful with my sweet deaf boxer Daisy, and she saw Dr. Mary for the first time and was instantly charmed with her. I am so happy they accepted new clients!!
February 06 · FranMy husband and I have been with them since they were West Side and they open. The doors couldn’t ask for better vets prices were great, but most importantly they were wonderful with all our animals however, since they change the name and have new vets, their prices are shocking I spent almost $400 For a usual check up and what’s more disappointing is they charge $15 for a nail clip what was always free and didn’t even have the decency to ask we charge for nail clips now do you still want us to do it? The vet was amazing, but in all the years we’ve been with them, I have never spent almost $400 on one visit not even in three Shame !!
May 13 · angel russVery disappointed in what used to be a wonderful veterinary hospital that has gone corporate & as a result lost compassion replacing it with the greed of the times in which we live. My daughter brought a 20 year old, bleeding cat to Westside this morning & was turned away because they were fully booked & had only 1 veterinarian today. She has used them for years with multiple animals including this one since he was a kitten. Kudos to Palmetto Animal Hospital for immediately taking him in & putting him down which was the humane thing to do. I have been involved in animal rescue for over 30 years in the Florence Area having used every veterinary practice & I know in my heart that neither Dr. Chuck nor Dr. Sylvia nor Dr. Marita would have done such. Needless to say, she will not be going be going back to Westside!
