★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Called them this morning, after calling several vets including our normal vet. They were able to get my pup in today and seen immediately. Dr Charles Causey working to make sure he could find out what was wrong with our newest baby. I felt comfortable in the office as well. I'm so glad they were able to get us and and get our new baby checked as she was not feeling well. Nova seems to have already perked up as well. You can tell he has a passion for the animals. We are going to end up switching to make this our permanent vet office for all of our babies. Everyone we encountered was very friendly.
May 27 · Christie BuieThey took me as a new client with an emergency after my regular vet retired unexpectedly. Dr. Causey showed me x-rays and clearly explained the options for dealing with my cat's dislocated hip. I was comfortable deciding on FHO surgery for her and she is doing great now! The staff (2-legged and 4-legged) made me feel right at home from the moment I first walked in!
August 05 · GretchenA phenomenal clinic, I can not put into words how much they mean to my family and I. They are always patient, friendly, professional, and thorough with my pets care. I tend to be over dramatic with my senior Scottie’s health, but they always take the time to listen to what’s going on and put my mind at ease by performing whatever test needs to be done to keep her happy and healthy. Never making us feel like a burden or we’re taking up too much of their time. They are always willing to go above and beyond for our four legged companions. Veterinarian medical attention is always a hit to the wallet, but I’m always amazed at how reasonable the prices are for the quality of services provided. I love these guys and trust no one else with my babies!
November 08 · Krysten SullivanMy pup has been going for quite some time now. Dr. Causey is the best! Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. When my pup had to get teeth pulled, they kept me updated on everything and were so caring for the old boy. The real test will be when I take my cat up there for his checkup.
April 21 · Sarah MathewesThis place was amazing. I called around to multiple hospitals because I had an emergency due to my cat being very ill. Windsor was the only hospital that would take him. They told me to head there way and they would see him. As soon as I got there, I was immediately taken into a room and waited just a few minutes for the vet to come in. The service was exceptional! They suggested/recommended services but never forced anything on me. They really cared for him as if my cat was there own. Thank you everyone at Windsor Animal Hospital for everything you did! I will be returning when I need anything done for him!
