★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First of all, trying to establish my pets as new patients was a nightmare as they requested that I contact previous vets and collect all documentation for both dogs’ medical histories prior to booking an appointment. (I’ve never had to do this before, usually the staff handles that.) Once I sent in all documentation, I had to call back a week later to schedule the appointment because they never gave me a call back. I paid $55 to get my dog on their schedule. I ended up missing the appointment due to a sick baby at home. When I call to reschedule, they tell me that it’s going to be ANOTHER $55 to book that appointment because of the missed appointment fee. I had every intention of following up with them and rescheduling this appointment. It seems the business is more interested in making a buck than helping out animals… I am not interested in supporting a business like this. Will never be returning and will be spreading the word to as many people as I can. Also their responses to these low rated reviews are just unprofessional and rude… I should’ve read the reviews before contacting them.
July 26 · Katelyn StovallThe best vet in Florence hands down! The techs and vet are super professional and friendly, you can tell they really care. Getting an appointment has always been easy no matter when I call, even the day of. And their prices are always transparent and fair. Would recommend!!
June 01 · Jacob KobusThis probably is the worst vet In all of SC. I called an booked an appointment with them for my fur baby to have her shots an wellness check updated for the year. Paid a deposit mind you to confirm her appointment 6 or 7 days before her appointment. I took off work to even take my beloved pet to her appointment to find out they cancelled her appointment with a text message the same day ass her appointment. When I called the staff was like we sent you an email an confirmation letter saying you have to confirm her appointment which I never received. Well I said I paid a deposit so why wouldn't that confirm her appointment??? Then staff was then rude an put me on hold to ask the vet if I could be put back in because they know I didn't cancel. She comes back on the phone an tries to tell me If your not happy with our policies you can go somewhere else. I have never been so disrespected by a vet in my whole life. An mind you these people are ones looking after our pets. I'm glad in the end my Lola deserves better treatment an kindness. Would highly recommend nobody go there. Take your business somewhere else. An now I'm still waiting for my deposit back from these terrible people.
March 19 · Amber SiddenRefused service for my 6lb senior cat because she is aggressive. I already had meds for her to calm her down for the visit but they rejected her before i even had to chance to tell them. I was shocked that they are scared of a tiny cat. Don’t know how they are in business.
August 04 · Tracy Wilkes-LambI went with my teenage nephew to take his brother‘s dog who is in the army to the vet because he was injured they refused to let two people in the room but had 3 people in another room. The dog had more of an attachment to my nephew than me and that’s why I let him go in with him to keep him calm. I missed out on viable information even though I was paying for the service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE.
