★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Both of our babies go here for everything! The staff is amazing and they are so knowledgeable. Our black cat Spooky was in pretty bad shape when we found him as a kitten but now at almost a year old, he is a big healthy boy! And our tabby Cleo was having recurring UTIs but the doctors helped us find a new diet to keep this from happening. I have nothing but good things to say.
July 16 · Cheyanne CrosbyStaff are friendly and helpful. Cost is terrible.Have had my dog treated there, and vaccinated. Was too costly. But took him to have nails clipped this weekend… was $40.00!! $10.00 per FOOT!! I need to find a good ole country vet! Do you know of any??
April 24 · Rhonda HowleNever have a problem getting an appointment especially when it’s immediately needed. They have exam rooms for just cats. My cat hated going to the vet. Always wanted to stay in the carrier, but here she stays out of the carrier and just lays on the exam table. Everyone working there is helpful and the vet’s are great.
April 05 · Pat CarpenterWe recently took our small dog back for his yearly shots and checkup, we were very disappointed and sad leaving the appointment. We have used this office and LOVED it each time, sticking to them because the environment was great and our dogs loved Dr.Kelly. This time was much different, the tech that we had was very rude and short with us when we asked questions just trying to make sure we understood what our dog was getting. Aside from that, we were the only ones in the waiting area and it took forever for us to be seen. The tech walked out of a room and said “yall have *name of dog* and rudely told us to come on. She was rushing us through and it felt she did not want to speak to us or have us ask any questions. When me and my husband had a question she looked/sounded frustrated. She was not gentle with our dog at all and made him uncomfortable. Again this was a first bad experience for us but it was the last. The only great part of the visit was Dr Kelly. She will always receive a 10/10 from us. She has taken such good care of our pups and we will forever appreciate her. We were very surprised and disappointed by how this last visit turned out for us.
July 16 · Lauren LovettEDIT:: The concerns were brought up to a vet at the same appointment for my older cat. I'm glad other people have had fine experiences here but this was mine.I would not recommend this vets office.Granted it has been a while since I've been here, I wanted to share my experience.I brought three different cats here. One was a fragile, 18 year old cat and the other two were very small kittens. The older cat has always done well at the vet. They took her out of the room once to "weigh her" and get vitals and she came back to me shaking and covered in her own urine. After that, the tech that handled her acted like she'd never handled a cat before and was extremely rough, definitely not gently like you should with such an elderly, frightened animal. With the kittens, they were wrongly diagnosed with FIV without blood work. We took them to Footloose Vet and they just had colds with a URI.Sure, appointments may be easy to get but there's a reason for that. Save your money, time, and unless you have NO other choice, avoid this place.
