★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love Palmetto Animal Hospital. Dr Burnett is the best. Their compassion and empathy for me and my pet was genuine and sincere. Thank you to all the staff yesterday who cared for my beloved Sadie and for me as well. You made a very difficult time less painful.
August 29 · Melissa StokesI had an emergency over the weekend with my 10 week old boxer puppy. My vet wasn't open due to it being the weekend. I called Palmetto Animal Hospital and had me come right in. They were good.... kind and compassionate, explained everything, gave my pup excellent care. If I wasn't already established with my vet, I would definitely come here!
August 10 · Randy RupertOur cat, Mable, recently got sick really fast on a Saturday. Our regular vet was not open, and the emergency vet would not be open for another 1.5 hours. We called Palmetto Animal Hospital in hopes they would see Mable and help us find out what was going on. They agreed to take us in and met me in the lobby to care for Mable immediately. After tests and observation, it was determined that 1 of 3 things could be going on and it was basically a waiting game. Thanks to their quick action and helpful service, Mable is doing great and almost back to her normal fisty self. My family and I would like to thank Dr. Burnett and staff for being so compassionate and helpful when we felt helpless.
July 15 · Victoria ClickFor this being my first interaction here I definitely won’t be returning.. the dirty blonde receptionist needs to learn how to not be so rude.. now granted I did get my time slightly mixed up on my calendar and missed my appointment. That’s fine no problem.. but tone and what you respond back to people with sticks, I can’t say much as far as their animal services but I can say the customer service was awful.
August 19 · Carlee PriceGood Service, the waiting time is not bad. They are good with how they explain what is going on and provide documents with breakdowns.Sadly my cat was too sick and we had to put him to sleep but their care is good and they are very compassionate with how they handle animals.I wish this place the best and thanks for the help.
