★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my dog Buddy to you for care because of your great Google reviews.I was greeted warmly by a young lady at your front counter ( forgive me I think her name was Betty). She verified our appointment and checked us in. Then we received treatment from Dr. Gossett. She is everything you could want from a vet. Her love and concern for animals and their caregivers really shows. Dr. Gossett was not feeling well that day but stayed to keep our first appointment with Buddy. I went in the following day to pick up medication for Buddy. Dr. Gossett saw me at the counter. She made a point to come over to me and ask if I had any more questions about Buddy she could answer. She sat with me in the lobby and I rechecked my list of questions. I feel very fortunate to have found your clinic. I am very confident Buddy will receive the best care. Please understand even tough I could only remember two names of specific people. I encountered 6 employees in my two visits. Every one of them made me feel that my pets care was paramount. I look forward to a long relationship with your clinic.
July 14 · Charles PostlethwaitI absolutely love Veterinary Associates of Murfreesboro!! Dr. Judd & every Veterinarian in this office has taken very good care of my dog! They are kind, caring & always put my mind at ease! I am so grateful & thankful for the entire team. All staff members are always so pleasant & helpful!! Thank you!!!
June 27 · LashunI don't remember the young man's name. He was very kind to my dog. My dog is a rescue and is skittish around strangers especially men. After a few minutes, my dog had found a new friend. Dr. Morgan is always great! But the tech that was helping us exceptional. I wish I could remember his name. He deserves 5 stars!
March 31 · Christy MageeThis was my First Time bringing my personal dog as a patient. I called our regular Veterinary Clinic and they didn’t have any openings.Since I know two friends that use this Vet and the fact I took one of their pets in for a teeth cleaning I knew somewhat what to expect. When I picked up my friends dog after the cleaning it was an overall good experience.Yesterday, was more of a concerned/pain visit for my little guy🥲 I have to say I was very pleased with Doctor Beasley. She did the most thorough exam I have ever seen on my Fur baby! She used a muzzle since he was in pain as a precaution. That was a first too. But it enabled her to complete his exam.I was also pleased with the medications given and sent home. I will certainly return here again! He is still limping but have only given his morning dose of meds so far. Praying these meds and rest are the key to helping him feel better!Just like your personal doctor reminders may be necessary especially since they are doing a lot we can’t see. Like getting medications prepared. The Tech was very nice as well and did a great job! She and Dr. Beasley work well together and are very loving to your Fur baby! The Exam Room we were in is typically used for clients with more than one pet and larger pets. The other rooms are more typical being half the size.I highly recommend this office for their Front of house and Back Excellent Service!Thank You Staff for helping ease this Fur baby Mama’s mind!❤️
August 08 · Tammy LondonWe moved from this vet when they went corporate. We were Dr. Ricketts patients and loved him. And when Dr. Morgan took his place we really liked him also but I didn't want to be part of a corporation. But unfortunately twice when our dog got sick our new vet was not able to see our dog at the last minute (which is understandable) and suggested we go to the emergency vet. We didn't want to do that so we callled Veterinary Associates. Both times they were able to get us in and both times we were satisfied with the care both of our furry kids received. I especially like the young man who is the tech. He was so personable and loved on both of our dogs.
