★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my dog in yesterday for a walk in and got seen right away. Male doctor was extremely welcoming and friendly. He also provided a lot of good information about what was going on with my dog. He gave me a bill for treatment, which I couldn’t afford at that moment. However, I called back the next day to pick up medication but lady at front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. I was asking some questions about form of payment, such as an invoice that I can give to my pet insurance company. She said she only does receipts, could not accommodate me, and hung up. I tried calling about 3 times later, just to ask about alternatives we could possibly do and she declined my phone call several times. This interaction made my experience from a 5 to 1 immediately. She should be more considerate about owners feeling especially while dealing with a sick dog. Now I’m here looking for other possible clinics I can go too due to her lack of unprofessionalism and patience. If she was more open to answering questions and having patience my experience would’ve been alot better. Male doctor is great, however they may need someone else at front desk with a better attitude, this could be a big downfall for them.
August 01 · Jayla NewtonBRING YOUR FURBABIES HERE!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank the doctors enough. My baby found a mouse poison block. I was frantic. I called my regular vet and they could not get us in...which did not sit well with me. They actually told me to bring my dog to premier... That was not an option to me.I called Midlothian Animal Hospital and not only did they tell me what to do over the phone, but said I can bring my baby right now.No computers, no ridiculous tests, no calling animal control, just a straight treatment and a lot of reassurance!!!!!!!!!!I will recommend everyone here.THANK YOU doctors... Not only do you have a client for life, you will have many of referrals as well!!!
July 31 · laura miranda (Queens of Clean, Inc)Midlothian Animal Hospital is absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Martin is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their prices are extremely reasonable, unlike Premier Vet. The doctor genuinely cares about your dog’s well-being, taking the time to listen, explain, and ensure your pup receives the best possible treatment. You can tell this clinic prioritizes the health and the happiness of every animal. I have found my new vet clinic and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
March 19 · ClassicalDr Martin and his wife are one of the kindest vets in the area, many years of experience and lots of love for animals makes them my top pick for vet visits. Love how they have such a welcoming friendly environment, definitely my top recommendation for Midlothian or neighboring suburbs!
August 21 · Abdulmanan ChaudharyI wish I would have just took the drive to come here and dealt with the hours after moving. Loki started coming here when he was about 5 months. We got EXCEPTIONAL care from the very first visit. We moved and started going to Alsip vet which is HORRIBLE. only good thing is the receptionist Sharon. If anyone would like to know specifics of what happened I’ll be more than happy to share. Basically a vet tech falsified documents bc she was too lazy to do the actual exam. Anyways. We got a new puppers and are gonna make that drive to here bc I wouldn’t trust my pets with any other people ever again!!!!!
