★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Spent over $800 total on my cat’s eye to not have any answers. Also left yesterday and as of today her eye is still watering from the pressure test. I called there and they told me to follow up with my regular vet. Are you serious? You’re the reason her eye is watering!! YOU should have offered for her to come back to YOU to look at her eye for FREE. I will be contesting the bill. Here is my poor cat who can barely open her eye.
March 27 · Sherri DomenicoThey took care of my puppies eye but Dr. Lindley has no bed side manner. She hit my 12# puppy twice on the head. I was trying to soothe him by saying it was okay and she told me to stop because I was giving in to poor behavior.
August 21 · Michelle BWhen my dog was 14 years old his retina suddenly detached and he lost his vision in one eye. I called Animal Eye Consultants and thankfully they took his case and scheduled an appointment to see him the following day. They diagnosed his condition immediately and prescribed eyedrops and medication. Although his initial prognosis was bleak, because of their quick treatment and extensive knowledge about how to manage eye conditions in dogs he experienced a retina reattachment without surgery. Button is now 16 years old, he goes for rechecks twice a year just to monitor his condition and ensure that his eyes stay healthy. I am forever grateful to Dr Lindley and her entire staff for the outstanding treatment and care they continue to provide for Button!
April 09 · Cheryl WThanks so much for the wonderful care Dr. Lindley and staff provided to our dear dog!You would never know he had surgery. The love of animals is evident throughout the staff.
August 06 · Susan KnaackSo, I typically don't write reviews because they usually never go anywhere, However I am using this as a platform to address my concerns with the practice. So, I adopted a male husky after returning home from a combat deployment overseas who quickly became by best friend and a healthy outlet for me personally, over time my boy Bentley had started to develop a cyst near his eye which became worse over time. After working with the vet who has been seeing and working with my boy, they had given me a list of several outside practices who could address such an issue which led me here. While working with my current Vet they had previously done all blood work and panels and everything else you could think of prior to this procedure by the way. While serving on a mobilization I had reached out and was able to get him seen while on leave to address his eye. Animal eye consultants had told me it'd be a routine removal in which they have done numerous times which had given me a slight bit of hope and faith that things would be successful in which they were not ultimately. Upon approval of them charging me $2500 to perform the procedure I was told that in several hours' id be able to return to see my boy and take him home and begin post operation care. I was told in the event of concern to call back and recieve further information & that the pain medication should wear off within a week. During that week my boy was consistently crying and whelping which made me feel hopeless due to returning back to my mobilization and leaving him in the care of my fiancé. I had reached out numerous times for a plan of action in which i was told over and over again that hes fine and that its still the pain meds. After the week of the supposed pain meds being in his system it should have been worn off and out of his system by this point. Bentley was still unable to walk, eat or drink water and was having accidents on himself frequently. When relaying that to the clinic I was again told that he's fine when clearly, he was not. I had decided to have my fiancé take him into our normal vet and was immediately throwing red flags due to them never seeing my child like that previously. They had immediately called me stating that Bentley was in critical condition. They had performed more blood work once he was in the clinic and found that his white blood cell count had elevated to an extreme amount and was assumed to be a malpractice due to an infection. Ultimately my child who had helped me cope with my combat tour had to be put down while I was thousands of miles from home. I watched him take his last breath through a facetime call while serving our country. In lieu of everything I am ultimately disgusted that the lack of support and help post operation was nonexistent. They are very quick to swipe your credit card and very slow about helping or giving any guidance for your baby. Will never recommend this practice to anyone in the future after going through what I personally did. Stay away.
