All I can say is, I’m so very thankful for the wonderful staff that helped us yesterday. We brought in our dog, very sick. His original vet we have been seeing for years couldn’t be bothered to see him. After calling 15 vets between Cayuga and Onondaga counties, this office was the only one that was willing to help! The receptionist from the beginning to the end was wonderful. She was so caring. The vet student was amazing. Took all the info I gave (I was in shambles) and helped so much. The vet we saw was an angel. She explained everything to us and did everything she could to help our boy. The vet techs were so gentle and kind. Everyone was so kind to not only us, but our boy as well. We ended up having to put him down, but I’m so thankful this office took care of him until the end. Thank you to everyone. I’ll never forget the kindness and compassion everyone showed. ❤️ - Alyssa Phillips
