If I could give 10 stars; I would.I initially called in May to make an appointment for a second opinion as I had a critically ill cat that my usual vet clinic at the time had misdiagnosed for the past 4 months. NVS was recommended by a friend. I was asked to email my cat’s records which I did. Within the hour, I got a call from the vet (Dr. Brauer) who explained in detail her concerns regarding the labs, symptoms, etc. Dr. Brauer went ABOVE & BEYOND what I expected as far as calling me with more information, calling and speaking to the initial vet and even doing further research on her off time.
