★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- If I could give 10 stars; I would.I initially called in May to make an appointment for a second opinion as I had a critically ill cat that my usual vet clinic at the time had misdiagnosed for the past 4 months. NVS was recommended by a friend. I was asked to email my cat’s records which I did. Within the hour, I got a call from the vet (Dr. Brauer) who explained in detail her concerns regarding the labs, symptoms, etc. Dr. Brauer went ABOVE & BEYOND what I expected as far as calling me with more information, calling and speaking to the initial vet and even doing further research on her off time. I had spent thousands of dollars at my previous vet through multiple visits to be told that it was kidney failure and it would just be palliative care (my cat was August 23 · Theresa Ronk
- My dog has stayed there twice. The single night he stayed, when I picked him up he was COVERED in his own pee. We decided to trust them again after the incident and left him there while we were on vacation. When he was picked up, they did not give the person grabbing him his food or his leash. They just let him go. I chose to drive an hour to bring him to them and they neglect and disregard your pets needs. So beyond disappointing. Staff is unfriendly. May 30 · Riley
