- Animal PracticeVeterinary medicine, also called veterinary science, medical specialty concerned with the prevention, control, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases affecting the health of domestic and wild animals and with the prevention of transmission of animal diseases to people.
- DiagnosticsVeterinarians use a variety of veterinary tools to diagnose disease, to monitor disease progression or response to therapy, and to screen for the presence of underlying disease in apparently healthy animals.
- Digital RadiologyDigital radiography is used to examine your pet’s organs and their reproductive, cardiopulmonary, urinary, and gastrointestinal systems. This non-invasive procedure produces images that allow a veterinarian to get an in-depth look at issues that are affecting your pet.
- Flea And Tick PreventionFlea and tick prevention consists of a variety of products used to control flea and/or tick infestations on your pet and to prevent infestations inside your home. Fleas are small insects that are parasitic; they feed on blood from animals and/or people.
- General Practice
- Parasite Prevention and ControlPARASITES(Worms) Fecal exams and regular deworming are the best way to prevent parasitic disease, and the transmission of intestinal parasites from pets to people (zoonosis).
- Pet UltrasoundUltrasounds look at a pet's organs and allow veterinarians to locate, assess, and diagnose pregnancy, tumors, blockages, or other internal events. Ultrasounds can pick up information better than x-rays.
- Pet's HealthRegular pet preventive care helps your vet identify your pet's particular risk factors – whether it's age, lifestyle, weight, or genetics, and quickly get on top of any problem. Early detection of disease and intervention allows you and your vet to decide the best course of care for your pet.
- Prescription Refill
- Regular ExamsA routine wellness exam is a physical examination or checkup for your pet. Physical exams help to keep your pet healthy by giving your vet regular opportunities to check your pet for early signs of disease, and to monitor your pet's overall health.
- Rehabilitation Services
- Routine Preventative CareIn most cases, preventative care requires a routine visit to your vet to complete a wellness exam, get needed vaccinations, treat or test for potential parasites, and receive prescription medications.
- Spay and NeuterSpaying is the removal of the female pet's reproductive organs, while neutering refers to the procedure for male pets. When a female dog is spayed, the vet removes her ovaries and usually her uterus as well. When neutering a dog, both testicles are removed.
- Surgical servicesWe provide many surgical services at our clinic, ranging from routine to advanced procedures. Taking all necessary precautions to ensure that your pet receives a safe anesthetic. We perform a physical exam and preanesthetic testing before surgery and monitor your pet during and after surgery.

Other tasks include: Operating on sick or injured animals. Neuter animals to prevent them from breeding.

- Exotic Pet MedicineWe understand the unique health needs of our smaller pets. This includes birds, ferrets, gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits. Some do require more specialized care. Dr Veins explained everything to expect before and after surgery and gave the meds so we could take care of him at home. Kirby will be fine! Thank you Neighbors!! August 25 · Lori Binagia
- I love this veterinarians office for our puppy. He was wandering lost before he clinged on to us and we finally decided to welcome him as an addition to our family. He was smelling very badly and full of worms when we found him, but after his visit here, where prices were very reasonable and staff was genuinely caring, he has improved and made a 100% turnaround. The smell and worms are long gone and he is happy and playful as could be. Definitely making this clinic our home for our pet's needs. March 26 · Mimi S. Guillory
- This clinic is great! I have not had a pet for over 30 years and two years ago a black feral cat "Tom" adopted me:) I have used this clinic to get his yearly shots and to have him fixed. The staff and Doctors are always VERY kind and CARING:) They have office cats that may help greet you😁Recently Tom got very sick and would not eat or drink. Dr. Westin agreed to get him in office quickly and got the blood work done right then and there while giving Tom an IV fluid drip. The blood work was actually good. Tom was so sick, perhaps a virus, we had to do it again the next day with another type of inflammation shot and IV. They kept Tom half the day to watch him. Dr. Westin had a calming demeanor and explained the blood work, what the medicine does and the cats physiology in recovery. I gave Tom syringes of Pedialyte every hour, suggested by the doctor, after he got home Friday and by Saturday afternoon his fever finally subsided! What a crazy 4 days! With the help of this clinic Tom is on the rebound and recovering !!!👍😁😊❤️ April 06 · Jeff
- NVC Calder has been treating my Stinky for 4 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else! He loves everyone here💙 Comes out of his bath smelling like a million bucks every time😁 July 09 · Phoebe Carter
- The techs and Dr’s at this clinic are awesome! They know every pet by sight, they know the pets in your house and your history. Such a nice atmosphere. Cannot recommend higher April 07 · John Manfredi
