★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! My friend took her cat here for a routine surgery (getting her cat fixed) and ended up dying during surgery without giving any reason (literally said "we're not sure what happened, sorry"). Even worse, my friend told me that she had called about three hours after the surgery and they told her the surgery went well, and they were just waiting for her cat to wake up, then shortly after was when she got a call and they said she had passed. This cat was completely healthy and had no issues before the surgery.
June 06 · Brooklyn HannahThe receptionist was super sweet and very helpful over the phone, Dr. Magnum himself was a sweetheart, and I have no complaints In regards to customer service. However, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you are looking for a diagnosis or answers to any symptomatic questions. More so for routine cleanings, vaccinations, and spay/neuters.I made an appointment, hoping to get a diagnosis of hyperesthesia in my senior cat.Her weight was never taken and aside from a physical exam first coming in that was all that was done. He stated that my cat wasn’t having whole bowel movements as she should and was only leaking out fluid at small amounts at a time, also stated she had nerve damage on her back due to a previous wound. She’s not sanitarily grooming herself anymore and he’s over grooming the fur on the sides of her body . Doc wouldn’t write any Rx to manage her symptoms or pain instead suggested I administer aspirin 1x a day. The plus is that it’s only $25 for an exam and you can’t beat that.
March 18 · Caitlyn RoseNo guarantee on any work. Took my cat in. Paid $200 for a declawing. 2 claws grew back, and was charged another $150.
April 29 · Daniel EckertWhat an apathetic vet. It's like you're bothering him by being there. When asking concerning questions, he doesn't wanna hear anything you have to say. 45-second interaction. I drove out there looking for a solution. Not it, what a waste of money and drive time. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant.
June 19 · david gNot fancy but I appreciate the old school feel. No need to pay higher prices because of beautiful furniture and surroundings. I assure you my dog didn't care. The front desk lady was a sweetheart and Dr Magnum was wonderful with my puppy.
