North Austin Animal Hospital Reviews
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, feels like walking into a cozy home. Dr. Pena and team took great care of our leopard gecko and were very patient with answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. Very short wait time, and we were able to schedule this visit four days in advance—didn’t have to wait long! It’s difficult to find a good exotic vet in Austin, but this is the spot to be at! To fellow leopard gecko parents, check out the North Austin Animal Hospital!Check out the table where our albino leo waited
Jul 01, 2025 · Clarice BlancoAll the staff here are so kind and helpful! The vet tech handled my cat so well and was super friendly, and Dr. Little took her time giving thoughtful recommendations for all of my concerns. The employee at the front desk was also very sweet. Very glad to have found you guys!
Apr 25, 2025 · Judith SwansonThe BEST vet in Austin! We’ve been coming here for 5 years and couldn’t be happier with their care, knowledge & fair pricing. They are professional and not high-pressure with extra items beyond what we need and are even able to trim our senior pup’s nails, which no one else can do. I’d previously tried several other places in town including Balcones (NOT good), PAZ & Thrive (all terrible in our experience unfortunately). Absolutely Love North Austin Animal + convenient location on Burnet with plenty of parking. Highest recommendation.
Feb 07, 2025 · Loren GI have trusted this Vet for years. All the veterinarians are wonderful here and the staff always follows up with you about your pet after a visit. Many times when I have been worried or unsure of what to do regarding a pet issue I can email or text them in the follow up with pictures and/or explanation of what is going on and they provide great advice and recommendations and put me at ease or suggest I come in as needed. This vet has been with me through the adoption and death of my first cat on my own, and my two new babies go there regularly. I highly recommend this place!
May 16, 2025 · Rebecca RobinsonI chose to go to North Austin Animal Hospital based on recommendations from friends. After having taken my fur babies there over the past few years, and witnessing the excellent care given to them, I unequivocally recommend North Austin Animal Hospital to others. The front desk staff and veterinarians have always been welcoming, compassionate, and professional. I’m always greeted with a warm smile by Ashley upon entering the clinic. Dr. Pena and Dr Little have been excellent in diagnosing and treating my cat and dog. Dr. Pena took extra time to offer solutions for caring for my cat when I was having to make some difficult decisions.
