Genuinely one of the best vet experiences I’ve had with my dog! I found this place online when browsing local clinics.I’m a current veterinary student, so I have seen and experienced many different environments. Dr. Dunn was incredibly thorough during her physical exam and listened to my concerns. She helped prioritize the problems well and address them as needed. She was very kind and easy to communicate with.Communication was quick and in multiple formats (email/phone call to go over bloodwork/results). The veterinary technician was friendly and also very thorough in her history taking. My dog is very anxious at the vet and they handled her well.

I took my dog for a wellness visit and the entire team was so welcoming and sweet. The office was clean and not overcrowded which is a worry for me with my reactive dog. They accommodated her anxiety by prescribing pre-visit meds and even got her a referral for a specialist. Dr. Dunn was very knowledgeable and took the time to sit and discuss my concerns about my dog’s medical history. I also received a welcome card in the mail signed by Dr. Dunn and the team. Highly recommend!

I brought my pet here for close to two years. Through that time we saw a few different vets in this office. The first two we initially saw we really liked winded up leaving the clinic and the new ones we saw could never remember my dogs history and would always have to re-explain.Every time we had a question or wanted to ask a follow up through a photo or discuss they would require us to go in and pay the fee to come in. And in the end I winded up just showing the photo to the dr (same ones I sent). It seemed to me that they always wanted us to come in even if it was just a quick follow up question that added up.The recommendation for any new cysts my dog had was to have surgery, even though we already done a cytology and went through the first surgery with them. I just wish they had spent the time to talk through other care options instead of immediately recommending the surgery knowing how long the recovery process is. In addition when the vet recommended surgery again I had to remind them he just had it done in this office a year ago (that disappointed me). I see a vet now who weighs options and risks thoroughly which I much prefer.The front staff is friendly, so I did appreciate that.Just wanted to share my experience.
