★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Forever thankful for the AMAZING staff & vets who keep my (trouble) child in tip-top shape! They are always super quick with responses & any concerns I may have. You can tell that they truly care here, not just treat you like another number ❤️
June 17 · Ashley StarcherOur cat had a significantly injured foot, our Vet had no availabilities within a reasonable amount of time (which we have found to be a problem in this area). Have always had 3-4 dogs and often 2 cats, and tend to pick up injured dogs on highways. Was used to a wonderful veterinary practice in SW GA that had used for decades before moving up here 7 years ago. They took care of everything , schedule had openings for some urgent needs and only referred to “Emergency “ vet once in 30 years. Have tried 2 Vet practices here, found 2 Vets we loved and each (2 different practices) left the practice unexpectedly . Point being, last moment again had to research Vets and Web highly recommended NE Vet in Cornelia. NE Vet has online scheduling and had an opening the next morning! Staff and Vet tech are very personable and Dr. Doug was friendly and explained options really clearly. Our cat, as bad as she felt , was overtly friendly to Dr. Doug (great sign). He was able to do a surgical treatment, antibiotic injection that apparently works for days, same day (not refer to Gainesville or Buford). Kitty was able to weight bare next morning and the abscess and swelling were amazingly improved within 24 hours! Very impressed by the “let’s fix this” attitude and obvious clinical skills. Thanks to everyone at NE Vet, we sure appreciate!
July 15 · Laurie CopelandAlways a pleasure! Great care! My dogs have been boarding and vetting there for 7 years! Their home away from home! Our kitties go there too! Top notch!
February 19 · Chrissy KWe had such a great experience at Northeast Veterinary Hospital. The whole team (especially Jenna) is amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They made our dog (Indi) feel calm and safe, and we felt completely at ease. Highly recommend!
July 29 · Mary TriggBest vet experience we’ve ever had, even with the situation. Our dog got hit by a car and we’re from Toccoa, but after none of the vets there could take him we got recommended to this one. They were quick on the phone and came out the second we pulled up. Surprisingly not as expensive as we thought it’d be either (coming from a different vet where a regular check up was $300). They were extremely nice and understanding of everything. Thoroughly explained literally everything which was great!! Update: My other dog had to go for a broken nail and they were so nice and accommodating for her! She hates other dogs except ours and they made sure we were clear to not run into any!
