Norwalk Veterinary Medical Center: Hendrikson R G DVM Reviews
I highly recommend this clinic! I chose them because they are the only accredited cat care/cat friendly clinic in the county. They also have special AHHA (not sure if that is the right acronym) accreditation for high standards of care. We are new to kitten care and took our kitten there for the first time today. The clinic was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was polite, welcoming and took their time explaining things to me and sharing what next steps would be. Our kitten was scared and combative (claws and teeth out and hissing) and they spoke to him calmly and quietly. They treated him with care and respect. It was a bit traumatic for him the first time, but I will definitely come back. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was a "breath of fresh air" compared to a poor previous experience at a different clinic. Thank you!
Apr 18, 2023 · Melissa ThornburgI took my puppy Willow there for the first time. I was impressed with how clean the facility was. The staff was very friendly when I walked in and made me feel welcome. When Dr Hendrikson came in he spent a lot of time with me explaining Willows condition, she is considered a special needs puppy. I left with all my questions answered. I was impressed with my entire experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Aug 17, 2021 · Melissa HenlineWe have been taking our 2 dogs to another vet for years but decided to look for a new vet due to a really awful experience a family member had. My family started going here and recommended them to me. Due to Covid they were hesitant in taking a new patient but even so they got my Chloe in for a check up the next day. The vet and staff treated Chloe as if she was their number one priority at all times and really showed great care and kindness when handling her. The level of customer service provided to Chloe and I was unlike anything I have ever experienced at any other vet. There were other pets being seen at the same time and still the vet and staff made me feel as if Chloe was always being cared for and tended to at all times. We had a wonderful experience and will be taking both of dogs here from now on! Thank you to the vet and staff for showing such kindness and care!

Oct 10, 2018 · Faith Johnson ChaffeeI love this clinic. Dr Hendrikson takes the time the time to find out what’s wrong with your pet and not just treat the symptoms. We have 3 pets, 2 dogs and a cat. Our cat suffered from severe skin allergies. With his help she is back to normal and loving as ever. Thank Dr. Hendrikson!!!
