Orchard Grove Animal Hospital Reviews
I don’t even know where to start with this place. First of all they’re super busy so you have to book like a month out for a wellness check. I was running late this morning because my dog got skunked in the face so I was dealing with that. I called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late and they said they couldn’t take him. I went in to ask them to send my records to another vet who was able to take him next week and then all of a sudden they could take him today. Secondly they’re super expensive. A couple vaccinations, a wellness visit and some medication cost me over 600 bucks. Orchard grove animal hospital in Warwick is way cheaper with much better availability and the staff is a lot more patient and kind. There’s also a ton of other vets in Monroe. I wouldn’t choose this one as your primary vet.
Jun 30, 2025 · Esteban TableDoctors and staff are so professional and knowledgeable. They are also so friendly and helpful. I have a cat that is impossible to get in the carrier for a scheduled visit. Doctor John has been so accommodating in returning calls & offering options regarding our pets medical issues. Appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help us and the cat. Would highly recommend orchard grove
Jun 29, 2025 · chuck mistrettaI can not say enough good things about orchard Grove. The level of care here is incredible each and every day. From the amazing ladies at the front, to the techs and Drs you will see in the back. We recently lost our sweet baby girl, and the level of compassion, and genuine care and love we received by the entire staff is something that has touched my heart forever. I can’t express how thankful we are to Orchard Grove. I am not a person to review places for fun nor do I leave reviews often. But, if you love your fur babies, you can 100% trust in the care you will receive here. Thank you so much to the entire staff, you are all so incredibly special.
Jun 03, 2025 · J LandersThere are not enough words to express my love and gratitude for orchard grove animal hospital and their staff. I was in tears when I called them because I had to put my baby down and they were so compassionate even on the phone and got me in the same day. Then when I got there, they were so kind, they had a candle lit for those that lose their loved ones, the room we went into was so peaceful and loving. Then only a few days later I received a hand written card from the staff for my loss with seeds to plant. I truly thank everyone there and love you all for helping me through this time
Jun 09, 2025 · Heidi HoffmanHere is an interesting insight - I did a cyber security risk assessment for every vet in Sussex County and surrounding areas (NY). Out of the 25 some odd places I called, I would say the customer service was very typical of Sussex County, ie non existent, rude, very passive aggressive. I took notes, and this animal hospital is one of two, maybe three that actually had a humane disposition. I'm not sure what the deal with this industry is, why folks are cold as ice, but I could assure you that judging by how Becky the receptionist handled the phone call this would be the place to go to if you were interested in humane behavior towards you the customer, and likely our animal companions. My boy Rolo, a Norwegian Elkhound has had to visit the vet once maybe twice, and we went to a different place each time, just because of the behavior of the humans at the place, was just unacceptable. I would love if someone can provide me some insight as to how what should be a compassionate loving industry is so absolutely inverted. Thanks Orchard Grove, you stand high above the rest in my book.
