Dec 08, 2024 · AlexatekMy dog was having a pretty serious ear issue I walked in explained my situation to the office with no appointment short staffed and backed up they fit us in with no hesitation! My reactive pitbull is the most calm I have ever seen him at a vet! 10/10 recommend awesome establishment and awesome staff
Apr 27, 2025 · Jim TorellaWe were new in the area and I really wanted to like this vet with all the good reviews plus it was close to my home. I first took my dog there for some routine stuff which we great and had no issues. Unfortunately all that changed when I brought my older cat. He had a bump on his skin which the doctor recommended to aspirate and test. I asked if it was possible to just remove the bump without testing to try to minimize cost and I was told they don't want to put him under if not necessary. I agreed and paid to do the aspirate. When I got the results a tech called and said no cancer was detected but you can never be certain so they recommended to remove it. I was very confused and upset because I had asked to just remove it and was told no and now they are saying to remove it even though no cancer. I felt they were just trying to get money out of me but figured I should talk to the vet herself and maybe she could clear it up. I asked for her to call me back and they said sure. 1 week later no return call, so I called back and left another message. This went on 3 more times in a total of a month period with no return call from the vet. I went in and told them I would be continuing his care somewhere else and the situation that occurred and there was no apology or concern at all that I wouldn't be returning. Not much care for their client's.
Dec 23, 2024 · Jessica BriggsAbsolutely the best veterinary hospital I have ever had my pets too! The most caring and thorough veterinary hospital! Dr Steele is very understanding and caring as if the animals were her own. Absolutely love all the employees there.Thank You for being there for my pets!!!
Apr 01, 2024 · Carolyn CappuccioThis review is long overdue, we took our 20 year old dog Buddy to see Dr Steele back in April of this year. We had just moved up to the area and our regular vet office closed for renovation. My dog was at the end of his life and our family was struggling with the very difficult decision before us. Dr Steele probably spent hours on the phone with us, we were trying to keep him comfortable and we just really needed a professional to stay in touch with at a very difficult time. I can't thank her enough for her compassion and patience with us. Sorry I didn't get around to posting this review sooner.
