★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Established care for my newly adopted cat back in February. Setting up an appointment was easy and appointments were readily available. I have been in contact with staff via the portal and they've always been timely and responsive, especially when I have concerns. We've seen Dr. Deadmond and he was great at making sure to be as thorough as possible with his responses and regimens, providing handouts when necessary.
July 25 · Ashley HanviriyapuntVery disappointed with our recent experience at this clinic. The staff was consistently rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even worse. Communication was poor from the beginning — we were left confused and frustrated throughout the visit.Dr. Sam, in particular, was unprofessional and showed little compassion or urgency when it came to treating our dog. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but there was also no clear explanation. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously at all.
June 13 · JenniferBefore we had to commit to a treatment plan, they were willing to give me various estimates with several options of care. They are always very kind and patient with us.
August 04 · Julie CragheadAwful customer service. Awful management. Dr Sam Deadmond does not care for the animals. Ashley Murphy(practice manager) absolutely horrible. All they want is money, don’t care about the animals. Brought up two issues and a visit and Sam only treated one. Mentioned multiple times how we usually get medication for him because of an ongoing skin infection. Didn’t care! Manager Megan is awful as well.
June 20 · Casey SkaggsThis clinic has poor communication, no accountability, and clearly doesn’t prioritize the well-being of pets or the concerns of their owners. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before trusting them with your pet’s care.
