★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is our dog Iris. Sadly we had to put her to sleep Friday the 20th she just had too many medical issues that hit her all within one week. But the 2 Doctors that we did see for treatment were amazing they took their time with her they tried to help her but in the long run she was just in too much pain. I truly want to Thank you all for everything you did do for her.
June 25 · Peggy EbertI feel if I would have brought my Oakley boy here, he would still be with us! Thank you for making our first visit here Monday with Squid so nice and welcoming! I will go no where else!!
July 23 · Ashley WilliamsTech Crystal has been great since our journey has began, at the Peotone Vet Hospital. Dr. Dan, was great with our baby blue, Nambi. Our babies, will be in soon to have their annual appointment. Thank You! ❤️
July 15 · Cynthia WilkinsMy senior female cat had been experiencing severe diarrhea and vomiting for over two months. I had taken her to the vet and emergency hospital. Neither would examine fecal matter, test blood or x-ray her. The ver gave her antibiotics and inflammation meds. The emergency hospital gave her something to stop her completely. She was not better and continued with both symptoms. I spend $900.00 and my baby was still ill. Peotone Animal Hospital not only examined her, but took x-ray, ran extensive blood test and fecal review. Addressed all other concerns and provided a special dietary recommendation at an affordable rate. I felt that they cared about my pet and not just about the money. You don't mind paying when your pet gets better.👍
July 11 · Gayle A.Terrible experience—avoid at all costs. I brought my senior cat to Peotone Animal Hospital in February because she had been experiencing occasional seizures. I was deeply concerned and hoped to get some answers, or at the very least, compassionate care. I also needed her routine shots updated, so I figured we could take care of everything in one visit. From the start, communication was poor. No one explained the costs involved before proceeding with anything. I was blindsided when they said they couldn’t examine her unless she was sedated. They went ahead with the sedation, and after all that, I was handed a large bill—but no real answers. The vet couldn’t determine what was wrong and casually suggested I take her to Chicago for more tests. That’s not a realistic option for me, and certainly not ideal for an elderly cat who’s already stressed and fragile. I left feeling defeated, with no treatment plan, no diagnosis, and a lighter wallet. What’s worse is the emotional toll. I came in worried and left even more anxious, feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. There was no empathy, no transparency, and no follow-up. Just a vague referral and a hefty charge. If you’re looking for a vet who communicates clearly, respects your pet’s age and condition, and actually tries to help—not just pass the buck—this is not the place. I regret taking my cat here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for compassionate, competent care.
