★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The worst service my dog has received so far, I took him for a general consultation and check-up and they only gave him two pills to deworm him. They were unable to check him or at least see his teeth or check him like a normal veterinarian would do to a first-time visit. I will not go back there apart from the fact that the wait was four hours, they have no order and are not able to schedule appointments to arrive and not waste time
April 10 · Karina EscalanteI took my Maltese to Foster’s Kennel for grooming and spoke to the groomer by phone to discuss how I wanted her cut. We spoke by phone because she wasn’t there when I got there. The staff was pleasant enough. The groomer Joi was a delight over the phone and made me feel like she understood what I wanted. Chloe has been getting groomed since she was 7 weeks old. Fast forward to today 3/2025 she is 2 months from 7 years. You can clearly see her cut. Joi said she see her cut and know what I wanted. She also ask if I wanted to add some color to her paws. I said no do to Chloe sometime licks her paws, so she suggested her ears and tip of tail. I said sure why not. When I picked her up I was shockingly surprised by the color as she had never been colored. I paid and left. As I was riding and when I got home I cried as my baby has never looked this bad not even after going 10 weeks after a cut. Worst haircut ever. If your dog has long hair and a show dog cut DO NOT TAKE HER HERE.This groomer was referred to me by someone I know that has a Yorkie that gets a short all over cut. Never again. I complained to the owner and her offered for me to come back so the groomer can fix it. No way was I going back. The first two pictures is what she looked like going in. The last four is how I picked her up. Oh I fell to mention she cut off a hugh patch of her hair on top of her head so her ponytails are super thin and each leg is chopped up different. Pic below😞😒😩I’m still crying:
March 24 · Tina ComeauxI took my Doberman Kobe here for his ear cropping. When I adopted Kobe from someone online I was lied to about his age but they still worked with me and did great on his ears! I’m more into the longer crop but I do understand because of his age at the time it would of been harder for them to stay up and I think his ear crop suits him. Also I do wanna add that my dog also had skin irritation that I had been trying to help with before the ear crop, when I picked him up his hair was so so much better and it had grown in the spots that were lacking. I’m not sure what they used but it worked great. Would recommend and would come back!
September 28 · gezelle maganaDON'T DO IT. Bad people with shady business practices. Pay attention to the atmosphere here. At least ask to see EXACTLY where your dog will be boarded if you are uncaring enough to take your pets here. Unsanitary and unsavory. Pay attention to these negative reviews. DON'T DO IT.
May 16 · Donna PlonkosBrought my Cane Corso in to get ears cropped. I was a little concerned they would not get it right but they did a great job. Also, took her there for grooming a few weeks later and they hooked up my pup. Reasonable pricing, all I have dealt with here were professional. Thinking about having them do some protection training for me as well.
